The staff here especially Farhan are very helpful and accommodating, which makes a big difference because moving can be stressful, so its good to know you are dealing with professionals in the business

I rented a unit at this location for two months, the site manager (Farhan Kadva) was really friendly and super helpful from very beginning. He showed me the available units and offered a great deal at the end. He also walked me through the contract and reviewed all the details (cost, insurance, liability,....) to make sure that I'm aware of the details (no hidden cost or anything like that).This location is also very clean and very well maintained.My experience with Farhan (the site manager) and Apple Self Storage - Scarborough was excellent, and I definitely recommend this location because of my super positive experience with them.
