We have been using Gas Fix for several years now. At our last house, they have serviced and repaired our fireplace and also did the gas line and installation for the garage heater we had. We were always impressed that they called first to let us know when they were on their way. When we needed to replace our fan, they had the one we needed for our Instaflame fireplace on their vehicle. When we moved, we contacted them for a gas line for our BBQ. The technician installed the gas line, installed the BBQ and even converted it from propane to natural gas for us. We most recently used their services near the end of June when we needed to replace our pool heater. When I called the office, I didn't even need to give my name or address. Their administrator found all my info just with my phone number and was already setting up my appointment with the general manager to provide a quote. They even matched the price on the pool heater from another company and even upgraded the installation for us to install a check valve and bond the other equipment. These guys are well prepared and organized. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott and his team at Gas Fix.

Called Gas Fix yesterday to fix my pool heater and they were able to send me a technician the next day. The technician came on time, fixed the problem quickly as he had the part available right away. The price to fix it was exactly what I expected. I highly recommend this company.

Extremely happy customer. I initially reached out to GasFix 4 years ago to assist with a new pool heater. I found them on HomeStars and was impressed by the number of stellar reviews. At that time I was given several different options and basically was told that based on my pool system, I didn't need a very expensive heater because my system took care of regulating the heat. That was appreciated and certainly saved me some money. I recently needed some help again to run a new natural gas line to a new bbq. GasFix responded within 24 hours and was at my house within the next day. After taking a look at where I wanted the line run, they were back in 4 days to install, I expected a lot longer, especially given the current covid-19 crisis - in fact, I didn't even have my new bbq yet! when I did get my new bbq, the part to connect it was a different size than what was installed. I called GasFix and Scott was here early the next morning to install an adapter - done for free - also totally unexpected. As I said, I'm a happy customer and would not hesitate to recommend this company - in fact I already have to my neighbour!
