So I spent 200 dollars at JYSK today only to find they would not give me a 2 dollar bag to carry my items home with me. I reversed the transaction and left. I'm completely dumbfounded. That be the heritage meadows store.

Bring on spring! The front entry is full of summer outdoor items. There are super cute summer-themed front door mats, too - for only $14. Lots of patio furniture to choose from. Prices seemed pretty competitive. Fun store. Lots to see.

Bought a TYLER Desk, it should be fairly easy to build as it only has a few screws per table but the pieces are unaligned and nightmare to build, plus if you make a simple mistake like forgetting to put a screw nut first, like I did, the screw will go all the way through the table and damage the other side. Honestly just head to IKEA.

The store is fine, I bought a couch a few months ago and really like it. The reason I'm only giving them 3 stars is my 3-seater couch was delivered by ONE PERSON. It was all in one box but I live in a walkup apartment. It would have been just fine with two, the one person managed it quite well but it took much longer and was WAY harder than it had to be.

I've purchased a couple of items from here but they never last very long. The quality is pretty poor on most of the furniture here. Its true what they say, you really do get what you pay for. You'll save money now, but it will ultimately cost you more down the road when you have to replace it. Its a budget version of Ikea.

Good selection of curtains, bedding and bath accessories.They always have fresh, seasonal look as you enter the store.Seems well stocked, just would like to see some sales on things other than furniture.

I had some problems with an online order. The parts in the box were a mismatch. I brought the half built item back to the store, and Kelly and Canyon jumped on it. They found what was needed, finished the assembly for me, and all was made right. Great customer service.

The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They had good stock of all the items we wanted and we left extremely satisfied with our purchases (we bought items for bedroom, office and bathroom mix of furniture and other items). I’m definitely coming back here as my first choice. It’s extremely refreshing to have helpful service and items in stock!!

They really have the best people working there. Jo Anne, you are amazing. We visited the store over the long weekend and didn’t realize they had a sale ending with the weekend so we rented a car midweek and went back but then saw the prices were back to normal. Jo Anne was super understanding and matched the pricing that we had missed. Erin at the counter was super helpful as well. Will definitely be shopping here again.
