I'm disgusted with this clinic. Very unprofessional. When gone in to have an appointment about a serious allergic reaction to one of the vaccines simply got welcomed with here's another patient who claims shes allergic to vax

The doctors and the reception staff are incredible. They accept emails, they do phone appointments, they always call me back, they run on time, they're compassionate, and they treat with the highest standard of care. They dig into complex cases rather than dismissing them and take ownership over multi system issues. Dr. Gould is one of the best doctors and most caring doctors I have ever worked with, and I have worked with more than 20 doctors across multiple specialties at this point.

I have been a patient of Dr. Wendy Gould for about 4 years, and have seen her 3 times. Each interaction is pleasant, she is very personable and detail oriented. She never makes me feel rushed and will ask lots of questions to make sure she understands what's going on with me, prompting things I wouldn't have thought to tell her.The office recently changed locations, and is now in a large, modern building. The office staff is pleasant. I was referred to them by my family doctor and received a call from them promptly to make an appointment. I have called their office a few times and never had a problem. I usually call in the morning.

Dr Gordon and his team are awesome. I read some negative reviews about the staff and the location but I found the staff to be lovely and the building to be super clean and welcoming. It was a painless and great experience.

I’m confident Dr.Sussman is a talented allergist, but his office has not responded to my mother’s phone or email enquires. My mother suffered an allergic reaction to both doses of the covid vaccine, and as a healthcare provider (with lung issues) she is now eligible for a booster. She is supposed to be tested to determine what she was allergic to. This office has not responded.

Want to rate Dr. Sussman a 5 for his care and concern, the clinic a 2, and the research staff a 2.My thoughts echo others' reviews here. The clinic staff is extremely haphazard in replying to phone calls, voicemail messages and emails. You never know when you'll get an answer, and even if you do, you might have to call back to follow up with them. Good luck with that. The only time I am semi hopeful on an email reply is for a communication the staff originally sent me, such as when they send a prescription over email, and I reply back with a question/concern. I sometimes feel like I am a project manager who is managing them. I can understand the pressures of COVID restrictions, etc., however, this isn't a typical doctor's office, where patients are doing routine check-ups, etc. This clinic works with patients with sometimes really quality-of-life hampering and debilitating conditions, like myself, which require more care and responsiveness. I would hold them to a higher standard than a walk-in clinic or family doctor's office. What's odd is that in person, the staff is actually very kind and easily to talk to. Offline, however, it's like you're dealing with a different set of people.Dr. Sussman can appear curt and even dismissive at times, but he is super busy and deals with all types of patients and conditions. I believe his intentions are honest and he seems genuine in trying to diagnose and help with sometimes extremely difficult to understand and treat conditions, like cholinergic urticaria.The research staff has been changing quite a bit as of late, it seems (attrition/new hires). That said, they seem inundated with work and are struggling to get their ducks in a row and figure out who belongs to what trial/research. I was told multiple times by the new research coordinator that the clinical trials I was supposed to participate in would be delayed and no reason provided. I was simply told we'll contact you when it's starting".This post is not meant to hurt feelings

I just recently became a patient of this clinic and they've been fantastic to go to. Dr Sussman is really down to earth and thorough. He truly cares about his patients & staff as well. I can't recommend this clinic enough.

My experience with the clinic and Dr. Sussman was not good at all. Dr. Sussman does not listened to me, he did not want to acknowledge my past experience with allergies and he dismissed most of the things I said. However, I still did the skin test and a blood test. When I left the clinic, I booked an appointment for a follow up call to talk about the results of the blood test. The appointment was booked for 3 months after and on the day of I was supposed to receive the call, no one called me. I left a voice message at the clinic and a VERY rude lady called me back saying that my appointment was a month and half later and that I was mistaken. I was not mistaken. I am 100% sure that I got the date right because it was May 4th (May the forth be with you"). I would never get that wrong. She insisted that no one changed my appointment and even asked who was the lady that booked it. Girl

Very professional placePunctual, very hands on treatments. Got offered to qualify for clinical trial at $150 for each visit.. nice

I am very impressed by Dr. Sussman's care & attention. I was referred to him for patch testing by my dermatologist and the staff at his clinic were excellent to deal with. Moreover, Dr. Sussman elected to do additional testing while I was in his office. He patiently discussed my condition and went above & beyond in offering his assistance moving forward. What a fantastic doctor and a gentleman.
