I love this church!! Feels like home

This is a fantastic church! One that honours guests and loves the city of Halifax. There's ways for everyone to get involved - programs for children, youth and adults, and mission teams that travel all over the world. And they are really good looking.....

Awesome church. The worship music is great. The messages are uplifting. Everyone are so welcoming and kind. Love this church.

I had been looking for a church in Halifax for a while and I am so glad I found Rock church! It was a true house of worship to God, where the Holy Spirit was free to move and touch every heart. The service was well organized, everyone was friendly and welcoming and most importantly, God was the main guest! I felt free to deliver my personal service to God buy raising my hand, speaking in tongues and praying. Also, beautiful building with amazing facilities.

The Rock Church is another clear example as to why church is failing it’s community. I came in today looking to be connected to a men’s group that meet in and outside of church; basically hoping to find connection and a new place where I can make new friends and worship with new friends.I just recently moved to Halifax area, don’t really know anyone nor do I have strong connections in the area. I was hoping to make some strong connections.No one was interested in helping me get connected l, no one was interested in taking my contact information and maybe passing it on to one of the church leaders.This church has a failure in leadership and a failure to be proactive when someone reaches out. There was absolutely no finding community at this church. All I got were excuses as to why community is failing.I came with a need, was not heard and was pointed in a different direction and that direction was out the front door. No reason to come on a Sunday.

Most churches are doing poorly as they seem to believe that singing songs from the 40's to be appropriate. The only churches doing well are the ones like this that embrace modern music and make celebrating an enjoyable and memorable experience.

I love this church.I am encouraged in my relationship with Christ, every Sunday, and through the week too.If I'm sick or out of town, I catch the live stream on YouTube.If your soul seeks nourishment, let me personally invite you, dear review reader, to join us in worship.
