David’s Disney Vacation Club Rentals

This was an amazing they made renting DVC points easy the staff were very helpful in every step of the way answering all question before the trip .We stayed at BayLake Towers at the ContemporaryResort Walt Disney World this was such and awesome experience would highly recommend this service

I have never experienced a company that has so little regard for who creates its income and sustains its business. If you are a DVC Owner, DO NOT USE this company. I had points listed with them, they contacted me to make a reservation, I made the reservation, I returned all communication in a timely manner… same day. They allowed the Guest who made the rental request to back out after the reservation was made. Their own policy states in the request process that rentals are final. If you are an owner, use a reputable US based company who will enforce their policies. David’s will not enforce their own policies, they will not return emails in a timely manner, and they will not return phone calls when they say they will. There are DOZENS of bad experience with David’s following COVID - I wish I had read those reviews prior to listing with them. On top of all of that - David’s kept the deposit from the guest that backed out and did absolutely nothing to compensate me for my time. I have filed a complaint with my state’s Attorney General Consumer Protection division. I gave the company multiple avenues to make this right - and they refused. DO NOT USE THEM!

Can't recommend highly enough. This is a great way to have a Disney vacation within your financial means. We stayed a week in a DVC rental for less than half of what we would have spent for a week in the hotel side of the resort we were in. Renting with DVC is quick, easy, and painless. We didn't get our first choice this time around because we were booking a little too close to our travel dates, but the alternatives they offered actually saved us some money from our first pick and we ended up absolutely loving the resort we stayed at.

David’s is remarkably quick, excellent customer service, and gives you a great luxury stay, and vacation at a Disney resort, and all this at an affordable price. I have used them for years and have never been disappointed.

I have used David's multiple times to rent out my unused DVC points. The process has always been easy and seamless. I would not hesitate to list my extra DVC points with them in the future.

I’ve had about 6 transactions of renting out my points with David’s rentals and all have gone off without a hitch. The one that sticks out most to me was I had my points rented out right as the pandemic was hitting the U.S. in March 2020. David’s contacted me on behalf of the customer who wanted to cancel the trip and was asking if I was willing to return their money because they were worried about traveling. Understandably I returned the money even though David’s said I didn’t have to. It’s unfortunate to say but I was concerned if David’s was now going to return it to them or tell them I refused. Could be tempting on David’s part because they were going to probably get killed with the pandemic. Well safe to say I did confer with the customer sometime after and they advised me their money was returned. It’s for that reason I continue to be a loyal customer and rent out my points through them.

Amazing first but not last stay via David’s DVC. Process was simple. Rental at Polynesian was fabulous. Checking our schedule for our next trip! Thanks!

We did two rental agreements with David’s Vacation Club Rentals. Both agreements were paid promptly as specified in the contract. The process was easy to use and the staff was very communicative. Our points were committed very quickly, within a week of posting. We would highly recommend this service.

We have used David's several times, and had a great experience every trip. If you are on the fence, thinking they might be too go to be true, use this review as a sign, and book!! Highly recommend!! We had some extra points and decided to rent them out. The experience couldn’t have been easier and customer service was top notch. It was so easy, we did it a second time! Both times the process was explained clearly to us and monies were received as promised. Will do it again in a heartbeat.
