I got my hair done from this salon a month ago to colour it and cut but i wasnt so satisfied because i didnt get the coulour that i wanted then i came back early this week to get another haircut at first i was ok with the result because it looks different when you just come out from the salon because they style it and after you wash it it looks very different now im wondering if i can come back to get it fix without getting charge. Because i dont wanna pay another $70 just to get it fix. Ive been a loyal customer for years my old stylist has quit from this salon so i had no choice but to trust the other stylist but unfortunately its not what i expected. Im not so happy with the results.

I have been coming here for 16 years!!! Sonja V is my gal! She is beyond amazing! I am always obsessed with my hair after i leave feeling so pretty and fresh! I highly reccommend spasation if you want a real proffessional hair do! They do not dissapoint. 5 stars!

Worst hair color ever. I had a picture of what I wanted. Told no problem, I said cut it first wasting product, she trimmed a couple spots but not cut then took 4 hours to do the balayage. Left bleach in my hair this long. The cut was horrible, the color is nothing like suppose to be, she couldn’t even make a decent curl. Do not use Sarah very disappointed quotes 180- 210 tried charging 275. Should have read reviews first as I see they have complaints of this. Do not use Sarah

Sonja V and Sveta are awesome. They always do such a wonderful job. I’ve been coming here for 23 years and drive from red deer. The best place in Edmonton to get your hair and waxing done.

Came for a walk-in to get my hair cut and got Halyna as my stylist. She was super sweet, checked in with me throughout my haircut to make sure I felt ok with it, and styled it really nicely for me after. I don’t usually have high expectations for haircuts since I only get them every 2 years, but she made a really great impression! Would definitely recommend booking with her :)

This place is fantastic. Sonia has been doing my hair for approximately 20 years and never disappoints! Janice at the desk actually brings products in especially for you once you talk to her ! All the stylists are awesome! Come see for yourselves. Love it ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Super friendly, they squeezed me in last minute and did an amazing job. I will be returning. My stylist, Halyna, took my curly hair into consideration when cutting and I feel went above and beyond my expectations. My haircut turned out perfect. Very good communication and even better service. I wish I knew how to add before and after photos, it was like a movie scene transformation.

I used to be a loyal client. I sent my daughter there tonight for a hair color. She was excited and had a photo. The stylist said it would be no problem. First try was not even close, then she fixed her hair to be almost identical as to when she walked in the salon. It looks nothing like the photo, and she’s out $200. Never, never again. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Sonja V. is such an amazing women! I have been seeing her for about a year now to get my hair permed. She is friendly, professional, and very good at what she does. I highly recommend seeing her for any style you want done. Thank you for always making me look pretty!
