Staff are excellent, informative and engaged. Beautiful grands in the showroom, they sell some great digitals as well, a couple nice deals over the holidays that I almost bit at! They had also programmed an unbelievably good Steinway sound into a Roland mini grand, whomever buys that one will not have any regrets! If my son decides some day he wants to be a concert pianist, I am taking him here.

Tried to buy a piano from here, owner didn’t seem interested, scoffed a few times at our questions. There was information or education provided regarding different brands best fit for a starting child etc which is important when you’re making such a big investment for your child.

We purchased Boston grand piano GP178 last month from the Steinway Piano Gallery in Mississauga. My son has been playing the Boston for one month and the sound quality and clarity are excellent and we are more than happy with the piano as well as the service we received. While selecting the piano, we had the pleasure of working with Adam. Adam is a professional pianist and he is incredibly trustworthy, knowledgeable, and helpful when it came to helping us find the prefect piano for us. Mr. Joe Amato, the manager at Steinway, was the one who helped me at the gallery. He is such a wonderful person! He was patiently answering all of our questions and explaining what key features we should be looking for when buying a piano. He is a very knowledgeable staff. He respects and treats customers fairly. I strongly recommend him to any one who is looking to buy piano!

I bought four pianos in August 2018 for my music school. I worked with Shari Tallon, she is a lovely and brilliant sales person. Knows the pianos really well and is truly out there to get you the best piano. I recommend her greatly.

Purchased my dream piano here lasted December.First tuning done. It was beautiful.Had a minor issue, Steinway sent their tech over but the issue was gone when he's here. The tech didn't just leave but kinda explained what was happening. Great patience. Andy is very knowledgeable.Micheal is knowledgeable and patient. Helped me a lot. I still remember him making the effort to get my piano in the house before my bday. It was just a simple but unexpected nice shopping experience.Respect their professionalism, it's above industry average.I guess Steinway piano means so much for me it's not just a piano. I always have a wonderful experience at this location, and the staff are extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and accommodating for piano teachers and music students. Shari especially is very knowledgeable and personable. She is very talented at connecting with people and anticipating their needs and making them feel comfortable and welcome at the store.
