JYSK Delta - Delta Shoppers Mall

Very friendly customer service. Accommodating to customers needs. Will recommend to friends and family. Very pleased with the queen size bed I purchased. I have purchased many furniture from Jysk like the wardrobe. I plan to buy more in future.

The manager, Chris was exceptional- friendly and was willing to carry out our stuff. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Great service.

Visited this location today and I was assisted by Chris, who also happens to be the store manager. He was able to help me out with a return that is past the return policy deadline. I have to say I had a great experience today and will for sure be returning back to this location.

I don't know, I see a few negative feedback and many positive.In all honesty, I bought a wardrobe last month, and it had manufacturing issues. I came to the store and talked to the manager and the employees there, before he came into the store, as I waited for him to arrive, all of them were very professional and helpful.Had no issues, starting with the assistant manager as she was very helpful when I first bought it, to the manager and how the issue was resolved.

I visited JYSK this evening. I got the great customer service from Sales associate named Anu. She is amazing. She was so helpful. It was my first visit at JYSK, I will definitely come back again and do shopping.

Shopping at JYSK on Saturday in Delta was a really great experience. Chris was super helpful. He was the only one there, busy with his inventory, etc. He was on the floor, on the checkout, yet very joyful and happy to help. I had a lot to carry and my car was parked a little far. He even offered that I roll the basket to the car and then bring it back.Chris also was generous and gave me a big bag.Thanks, so much Chris.

Both JYSK Surrey and Delta have amazing customer service! They ensured I was able to pick up two cabinets initially purchased at one store but not in stock there. When I showed up they were ready for me and they took them out to my car.

This store has the best customer service....Chris the manager was so very helpful, the clerk at the Fraser Hwy store was just the opposite! I was looking for a coffee and Table 2 end tables, I asked her how many they had in stock, she said lots! Asked her to check in the system and she begrudgingly did...asked if they were on sale, she said no, I bought the coffee table and one end table. Got home checked on line they were on sale, so I ordered another end table from the Delta store, picked it up the next day told the manager about the service I received the day before, he gave me the difference in the price, I saved $76, he also carried it out to my car, told him I would never go back to the other store, good customer service shows professionalism and patience Thank u so much Chris!
