Horrible experience. I have been a Honda customer and I have never been treated like that. I stopped by because my Android Auto was not connecting to my car. I stop on service department and the guy was so Rude. I am really not the guy who wrote reviews, but I have never been treated like that in my life. Also... the service staff is so incompetent. They could not even fix the issue. Luckily I dig into Google and find a way to fix it myself. The service department is a joke!

Pretty bad service after an oil change. Never coming back.They forgot some screws on the cart protector and 1 of them got lose and fell off. after that the oil cart protector got bent.The sales manager available on the store was of no help. Pretty bad store, I wouldnt recommend to anybody looking for a Honda. never had this experience at Destination Honda Burnaby.What he said was just come back on monday! ( 12/24 , 12/25 and 12/26 without a car) very nice christmas gift from them!
