I recently had a terrible experience with Toyota Auto shop, and it was all because of one employee - Kamal Preet. Not only did he try to send me to a different auto shop just so he could earn a commission, but the shop he recommended was terrible. The name of the shop is Venus auto shop. My work wasn't done correctly, and I had to come back multiple times to get it fixed. It's frustrating that the management of this shop hasn't done anything about Kamal's behavior. It's clear that he's causing a decrease in the shop's ratings and reputation, yet they continue to let him work there. I wouldn't recommend Toyota Auto shop to anyone until they take action and address this issue.

I am so stressed that i would like you to know how consumer is feeling when they don't get what they need as Toyota promised. I would like to discuss the a serious issue i am facing. I ordered Toyota Highlander Platinum hybrid (Vin # 5TDEBRCH4MS070058) on June 2021. I waited 6 months and received it on Nov 2021. I bought all the warranties Toyota has to offer me on my purchase as well. The car works fine for first 2 months. My screen or the head unit where all the navigation system and other stuff is start freezing in month of Jan 2022. It was on and off issue. I brought the car in month of Feb to be exact 9th Feb. 2022 the service associate advised me the radio is faulty so they need to order it. They have received the parts after 2 months wait time and wrong parts were sent from Toyota Canada. They ordered again waited again and finally they got and i went to get it installed, after installing when i took the car home the screen or head unit freezes again and now new problem the GPS navigation system start acting up. Its not showing any directions its going opposite. I took back the car next day the tech checked and there is a serious issue with the car. They ordered the part again which i am waiting to hear from them yet.In the mean time i have contacted Toyota Canada twice. First time month of March they gave me a case number # 3391292 and then i contacted them today the case number # 3422038. The rep clearly said she first time and he second time wont be able to do anything.IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT TOYOTA CANADA DONNOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. THEY DON'T CARE US AS CUSTOMER WE ARE JUST NUMBERS ADDED TRO THEIR SYSYEM. AS PER CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AT TOYOTA CANADA THEY CANT DO ANYTHING ONLY CAN PROVIDE HOW LONG YOU HAVE TO WAIT. THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE ME ANY EMAIL OR CONTACT NUMBERS FOR HIGHER MANAGER WHERE I CAN CALL THEM AND TALK ABOUT MY ISSUES AND SLEEPLESS NIGHT AND MY STRESS. NO ONE CARES.!!!!!!!!All i get when call wait wait and wait!!!I bought brand new car and i am facing so many stress!! I wish there is a system where i can get help i am not sure where to go. Can i get new vehicle which is working or not than can i get my money back so i buy something other than Toyota this time where i am not stress.. Pls advise

I booked Camry SE AWD 2023 in September 2022 and I was told it’s gonna take 6-8 months. It’s been 10 months and I haven’t got any update on the car yet. I was told to be flexible with the color and gave two color options then later gave another trim option. They never called me upfront or didn’t even update on the status of the booking. It’s been a month since I requested to speak to the manager Frank but he never called me or probably the employee didn’t pass on the message to him or idk what’s going on!! Last month I was told that Toyota didn’t allocate any sedans to them..next month same thing and the circle continues. Shaista told me they don’t know when the car will be here but she once asked me what if I get the car before my birthday - so you know that!!!? Disappointed!! Unprofessional!! They don’t care about their customers after bookings.

Hello,I am sharing the experience that my mom had today from the services department of Woodbine Toyota as she went to go and get her regular maintenance done and her seasonal tire change. Today, November 3 2022 my mom went in for a seasonal tire change and the guys over at Toyota were looking for her wheel lock. She had told them that no one else touched the tires and the only time the tires were touched was when she had her previous tire swap from winter tires to summer tires; the lady at the front of services checked the records and they saw who changed the tires previously and knew who it was. At this point, they had told my mom to take a seat at the waiting area and told her they will look for the wheel lock and they will figure it out.Later in the day, my mom comes home with the car and as my dad is checking the car, he notices that there were no wheel locks in the wheels (I have attached photos of the wheels for proof). Woodbine Toyota Services sent my mom home without telling her that there were no wheel locks in her wheels and that they have replaced it with just regular bolts. They DID NOT tell her any of this. Furthermore, in the invoice that was provided, the mechanic did not write down that they could not find the wheel lock and that they just replaced it with a regular bolt.In one of the photos attached, you can clearly see the wheels had a wheel lock in it as the wheel lock is visibly larger than the regular bolts on the wheel meaning the previous mechanic had lost the wheel lock and did not return it in the box. I also attached a photo of the old wheel lock box where we put the wheel lock and you can see there is nothing there. My mom had to go and buy another wheel lock and get it installed so that the wheels won't be stolen.I am writing this review because I am frustrated. Every time my mom comes in to do maintenance on the car, nothing ever goes right and I 100% believe that Woodbine Toyota DOES NOT care about their costumers at all. I am doing this review because I do not want others to go through the frustration we went through and experience any of this. There is ZERO communication between the mechanic and costumer; if they did not know where the wheel lock was or if it has been misplaced, they SHOULD BE HONEST and tell the costumer and not LIE. They knew who the last mechanic was who did the seasonal tire swap and they did not inform my mom that they had lost the wheel lock.We do not care about the money we had to spend, we care more about customer service and the quality of work that is being done to our car. If the tables were flipped and it was their car on the line, they would be frustrated as well.

WARNING : DO NOT GO SEAFTEY INSPECTION AT THIS LOCATIONService manager at this location is JokePlease do not go to this location for safety inspection when lease term is over and if you are buying vehicle . These service department will rip off your hard work earn money.They do not care at all. I wish I can give negative review but unfortunate I cannot. I wanted to buy my lease vehicle after the term.Their license technician will check you car to see if it is good to drive on the road even though you are driving it for like 5 years without any issue. Basically they check smallest issue they can find not clear your safety.I change the wiper blades week before my safety but So called technician “ It’s not good we can not clear safety” please buy new wiper blades from parts & bang $50 from your pocket to their.My rear parking sensor was not working as they fell off into the bumper so I changed the setting & turn off the option for parking assistance for last 2 years. We cannot clear safety as this car is not safe to drive on the road due to sensors well I am driving for last 2 years without any issue. How many older model of Toyota cars on the road does not have this feature are they not safe to drive on the road? I told this to service manager & he started make stories this and that. They be like it will cost you $5000-6000 to fix this. I was like are you crazy? They will be like yes or your safety won’t be clear and you cannot purchase your vehicle and after your term Toyota will toe your car. They also charge me money for work they did not do. Service manager be like you have to pay to technician time and the amount of money they charge for nothing is crazy.I went to different Toyota location next week guess what they clear safety without any issue. Very bad experience at this location.
