An old wrist injury, long COVID complications, working from home, and a resultant loss of endurance/strength led me to develop several chronic pain issues for the past couple of years: sciatic pain, tight calves and glutes leading to intermittent claudication, and ulnar nerve entrapment/general wrist pain. After working with Deepika for about 3-4 sessions so far, I discovered the reasons behind the pain that other physiotherapists/chiropractors/doctors couldn’t identify, can now walk without pain, and finally am on the road to recovery. Deepika did a full intake/analysis on me in the first session and uses a combo of a number of techniques such as cold laser therapy, cupping, dry needling, manual manipulation/massaging, and providing at-home exercises to make sure I become pain free. She utilizes the full appointment time as well and explains everything to you in detail, which a lot of practitioners don’t do. I will never go to another clinic. Thank you, Deepika!
