AIR 1 HEATING AND COOLING

I required a furnace and A/C installation in St Catharines, everything went well at the start until the furnace would stop working intermittently. After numerous unanswered calls and failed promises I am left making this review. Ive paid in full and on time and have since learned the furnace is the wrong size and we are left in a home with no heat. I'd strongly recommend hiring a different HVAC company. If it gets resolved I will happily remove this review.

Mustansar Hussain the owner of company is very rude and unprofessional, agreed to meet for purchase and wasted my time, waited for him for couple hours. Messaged him-no reply, he reads messages but cant reply that he changed his mind. So people be careful with such people who are flops.

I was looking to get an air conditioner installed and after failed attempts from other companies just not showing up, I found this company they responded right away. I was very impressed how quick I was able to get the air conditioner installed. They did the job quite efficient and effect. I have an older house so it was a bit more work but they were able to work on it no problem.

Have an older house with previously questionable installations. Air One was able to quickly and efficiently install central air even with the added difficulties. House feels great and was very happy w their service

we chose Air 1 Heating to install a new furnace. The installation of the furnace was done quickly and extremely efficiently by very skilled Air 1 Heating staff. They answered all our questions and explained additional positive product features. The furnace has operated flawlessly since installation.We just had our one year inspection completed by a very knowledgeable and friendly Air 1 Heating technician. He arrived at the scheduled time and he explained what he was checking and going to do. He asked if we had experienced any problems and asked if we had any questions.He adjusted some furnace settings to increase heat flow to the second floor and checked all the vents throughout the house to observe the airflow. He also checked the air flow at all the cold air returns and noted that some of them were blocked by furniture which adversely affected air flow circulation. He also checked the temperature throughout the house to ensure that he adjustments he made had a positive effect, which they did.Due to the technicians knowledge, experience and thoroughness he was able to increase the efficiency of the furnace and improve the heating of our entire home.We are very pleased with Air 1 Heating quality product and their excellent installation and service technician staff.

Gas line installation done, professional, efficient, reasonable, would recommend.
