Great store but getting served can be slow.Staff are really helpful but the script they work from delays transactions which if you are trying to buy and go during a lunch break gets a little wearing.Good selection of new and used

Love Mark! Very personable. Staff is nice and knowledgable about everything. Have never stumped them with a question. Very helpful and good variety/selection of items. If a big ticket item can be bought here, even if it is slightly better cost and closer store, my husband insists on supporting this store due to customer loyalty.

Love the GameStop in the mall! Stopped in to get some Pokémon cards the other day which was awesome! Staff were super friendly and helpful. The store is small, but has everything you'll need. I will definitely be back to this location as the staff are awesome, friendly, and very helpful

Organized store, staff seemed knowledgeable with the right mix of cool and nerdy/geeky. Limited Magic stock, but plenty of games and accessories.

Worst service Iin long time ,walked out .eating g product on counter, where is this item I ask this guy ,,he says overthrew without looking up ,,nobody in store but had to ask 2 people for an item and when they call u bud or dude u just don't feel like spending few hundred there,,,so I went to source and they very friendly helpful,informative and they gladly took money.too many other stores selling same stuff to put up with this guy or girl,,,idk wasn't sure so didn't call them anything ,real awkward there
