I have been online shopping here for five years now. Exo team is always helpful and responsive. Shipping has always been fast. My last order arrived 3 days faster than expected. Never have had an issue with their service. I have received calls from the store informing me of scratches on trucks I ordered to ensure it was alright to proceed with the order (they are trucks, they are going to be jacked up in a week hah) but that was a nice touch. They have consistently provided excellent service and advice on products and welcome feedback about gear. I have turned several of my friends on to this shop and all say the same thing best skateshop in Canada" They are not wrong. Consistently getting newly released product quickly this is the place to go if your local is missing something you want... or in my case the first and last stop because why look somewhere else. Not my first visit here, as every time I come to Ville de Quebec it's a must! I have been to countless skateshops in my life, but bar none this is the most professional, courteous and truthfully helpful staff I have ever encountered! Amazing selection, and if they don't have it on the floor they will find it for you (or give it an amazing effort!). Word to the old guys like me, they do stock reissues. Just ask and they'll deliver!

Best old-school shop in town since 19...

I'm too old to be in this store. I wish I wasn't but I am. I walk in through the door and instantly feel my old skateboarding injuries kick in, my beard gets extra grey in it and mysteriously I start to hum old times war tunes. THAT'S how cool this store is. My kids use words to describe this place that I don't even understand so that's got to be good, right? They treated my son (who cant speak french) like he was a trusted regular and helped him find exactly what he wanted and that is about the best thank can hope for out of a store. I would have given them 5 stars but there was no parking spot for my Zimmer frame.

Have been ordering skate parts and clothing/shoes from this site for years. Lots of selection on their online store. Usually ships fast within 3 to 4 days. Great if you're shipping inside of Canada. Amazing customer support as well. Will continue to order lots of great products. Thanks Exo!
