Ah! My mom sister and I have checked out many nail salons for our girls dates and this place has got to be THE BEST spot we’ve went to so far. Vanessa and Tracey are absolute gems and we had the most luxurious pedicures ever. Thank you girls so much for an amazing pamper session and gorgeous, clean nails ❤️

Sarah was absolutely terrible. I wanted to just clean up my nails a little and I wanted to try this place out but by far, Sarah is THE WORST nail technician I have ever seen or had the misfortune of dealing with.She does not know how to file nails properly, she made the nails crooked, and unequal; each fingernail was shorter than the other! I went in for a little clean up with super long nails but she messed them up so much I had to ask another nail technician to equal them out for me and fix the crookedness, even the other nail technician was shocked at my nails’ state and apologized for Sara’s work (She didn’t have to fix it for me or apologize on her behalf, she was a sweetheart, I’d mention her name but I forgot it)Sarah was not friendly at all from the get go, she was rude when I told her that my nails are not only unequal, but also crooked length wise and her only response was: “well they’re gone now, what do you want me to do now?”Would NEVER recommend this place, especially Sarah.

My daughter and I absolutely loved our experience at Vixen Oakville. Tracey was an absolute delight and such a talented professional. I would highly recommend this spot. Thanks Tracey!

Hi. I had a gift card for this nail spa, therefore wanted to use it. I had originally booked an appointment for gel new set with shellac polish and nail design plus a 45 dollar pedicure. It was suppose to take 2.5 hours. I was sitting there for 3 hours just for the nail set and the colour. NO DESIGN NO PEDICURE. It took her 3 hours to put the new set and didn’t even do it properly. It was not smooth at all, the finishing was horrible. Not properly shaped. Bumps on the nails. We started with the nail design which was French tips and she was not capable of that, the most basic design , she tried 5 times on one nail and still couldn’t get a proper curve. I was so upset and tired at this point. I left with only 6 of my nails done with the polish and 4 without. I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TIME TO DO MY PEDICURE. To add, there was pain while she did it. Very unprofessional and then blamed me for touching the top of the dryer by mistake. The owner still charged me for a full set which was 55 with only 6 nails done….I would highly NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. NOT EXPERIENCE ENOUGH.After I had to go to my original salon to do a nail change with design and pedicure which was WAY CHEAPER AND MUCH BETTER!!

They do a great job on nails but wished they were clearer on pricing. On the phone I asked to have a gel full set on my nails with no manicure and they confirmed I wouldn't be charged for a manicure. Then after the service, we were charged for the manicure and told you always have to get a manicure when you get a gell full set". Fair enough

Ladies if you’re contemplating coming here DO IT. It will be the best thing you’ve ever done. Tracey and Vanessa were absolutely wonderful. Kind, professional and sweet. Without a doubt our new go to spot for luxury pedicures, not to mention the scrub and massage treatment that they give is out of this world. 10/10 you wont regret it. My mom, sister and I were sooo pleasantly surprised. We’ve been to a fair share of salons and this by far is the best one.

I brought my daughter for a mommy daughter date. My daughter absolutely loved her manicure and I enjoyed my pedicure! The salon was clean and modern and the nail techs were very friendly.

I had Vanessa do my shellac manicure. She indeed is a perfectionist. She was always checking with me to see if that the colour, length, shape, etc, was what I wanted which made me happy. I had an amazing experience and will definitely be coming back in. I highly recommend to book with Vanessa.

I have been a patron of Vixen Spa's since they first opened in Milton and the quality and customer service has not ended with their franchise locations. Emily and Nikki were kind and professional and made me and my girlfriend feel stress free about cleanliness and safety on our recent visit. Will definitely be back!
