Went in on Wednesday and asked if it was possible to get two pairs of trousers hemmed before Saturday. The lady I spoke to said it was no problem and would be done by Friday.When I went to collect them on Friday they were hung up waiting for me. Tried them both on in the changing room & they were altered right where I asked them to be. The work is impeccable and incredibly skillful. The thread used is such a perfect match that it just looks like the trousers were designed to be that length to begin with.Thank you so much, ladies!

Disappointed, got daughters prom dress taken in at waist and straps to be lifted, collected dress , looked okay , when put on , on night of prom , stitching came away , had to end up restitching straps and side , hour before prom!

I'm soon to be mother of the groom & had a bit of a panic as I tried on my dress & was shocked to see id lost weight & desperately needed it taken in. With my outfit being expensive I didn't want just anyone to alter it. I'm delighted with the results. It looks perfect now. Olga did a fab job & I'd highly recommend her. Bonus was the price. Asked for a alteration was told no ! Got another place to do it staff didn’t seen friendly at all won’t ask again other place I had no problems so won’t be going back there

I took 2 jackets to have the sleeves shortened. Olga measured the sleeves and did exactly what I wanted under her advice. Collected them today and they look fabulous. Will definitely return and will recommend her service. Thank you Olga.
