I went to Telus North Hill store today to get a SIM card and a data plan. This store has a better price range than other places I have browsed. Especially Jonathan was incredibly kind and helpful! He offered me all the best deal and I'm so satisfied with my purchase. Would give even more stars if I could!

I went to Telus North Hill and it was the worst service that I have ever received. especially Jonathan he was rude and not very patient. The store manager. never show up and she didn't help me.

I went to Telus North Hill on Monday to return my phone and get a new one. Overall it was a long process, but Jonathan made sure we had everything done. He is very patient, polite and easy going, which made a total difference. The day before I had gone to Telus Market Mall 15 minutes before the store closed, and were informed by the staff that ''the store was closing and they couldn't help me. Come back tomorrow''. I then chose to go to another unit, as I didn't think the staff saying this wasn't very professional. Sure enough, Jonathan stayed until after the store closed to help us. Really good customer service, thank you Jonathan!

Stopped in today at North Hill Telus to renew our plan and pick up 3 phones for our business. Jonathan was great to help us pick out phones and review our phone plan. He was kind, courteous and went out of his way to make sure our phones transferred over.
