Beautiful place! One hell of a size for a workplace.

If i could give 0 stars I would have. This is by far the WORST extended health care provider I have ever dealt with. You cant talk to anyone on the phone, they never pick up. You submit claims and they get denied and tell you to resubmit. They make your jump through hoops just submitting a basic dental cleaning appointment. Even when you send them all of the documents they require they will still turn around and deny the claim and tell you to resubmit. Why do I need to resubmit my claim 3 times, why does my 1st claim get shut down and no one on their end can figure anything out. The WORST service I have ever received, 0 customer service. They won't give out their bosses information like they are some top secret agent. Its just horrible. Don't ever look for extended health coverage here. Their 3.4 score is not a proper reflection on the product and service you will receive.

Top notch agency! Been dealing with them for years now. Most recently, I've had to get another vehicle twice in the past 3 months, and had to swap out my policy to the new vehicle each time. The agent there not only took care of the transfers without any issues whatsoever, but was able to see that I could get much more liability coverage than I had for about $3 extra per month! The agent was also super-friendly, and very easy to deal with over the phone. Would recommend to anyone!

Have been dealing with Johnson for a while for insurance and recently my partner needed a new temp insurance card emailed, (as well as new pink cards sent in the mail) so he called and they said they would send them, but didn't. Almost a week went by so he called again to have them re-send to a different email address and they STILL didn't send them via email, and they haven't shown up in our snail mail . Terrible customer service towards a paying client of over 10 years.

The agent was super friendly and knowledgeable. He explained every part of the process, was very thorough, and I did not have to repeat anything!

What a cheat. Be careful if you ever have a plan to move to a different province. They give you all the stories to debit you money and you will still need to pay every month after canceling. I have moved from different province before and I knew how insurance works.

I was very happy till today. My kid was hit by a car, and Johnson is telling me that I have to contact the insurance company of the other person to have the payment for the bike. Of course, I was very happy because I didn't have any claims; but now I know that they are only behind the premium. By the way, I got a better rate than the one I was paying with a group discount.
