Been boxing here since the pandemic was mid swing. Nowhere better for the competitive type or someone who wants a workout that isn't lifting things up and putting it down.

Kopas Boxing is a great boxing gym to get a good workout in. I have been to this boxing gym for about 4 months and it has been an amazing experience. The coaches are very respectful, they push your limits, want you to succeed, and get better every training session. In this gym, not only will you get in good physical shape, but you will get in good shape mentally as well. You will want to push yourself through the workouts and not give up. You learn a lot in the gym as well. You make new friends, you learn about respecting your team and coaches, you also learn that you push together as a team. Gary is a very experienced boxer and he proves his knowledge through what he has taught me and many others. I am very grateful for coaches like Gary who have helped me become a better boxer and corrects my technique. This gym is a good investment on oneself and the price is totally worth it if you want to invest in yourself.

Our 14 year old son has been attending Kopas for around a year. It has been such a positive experience with Gary and all of the club at Kopas. Highly recommend!!

I reached out to Gary Kopas when my son asked me if I could sign him up to try Boxing. Gary was super welcoming to my son and from the first session, made a very big impact on his life. My son loves boxing and the people he has met at Kopas. Gary, the other coaches, and even the other members are like a big Family and really come together for the best of everyone involved. Since my son started boxing at Kopas, his confidence has increased drastically, he has more physical stamina and drive and his self esteem has really improved. Not only does Gary Kopas know Boxing and how to be a kick a$$ coach, he strives to make a positive impact on the Youth in Saskatoon, personally; that is what I feel is most important (especially the way things are right now with Gangs, Addiction and all the other temptations teenagers are faced with).

Been training with Coach Gary for about 2 years as a non competive boxer, it has been such a rewarding expierence, I have seen gains in my Physical fitness, and major improvements in my boxing skills as well, Gary has a unique approach that caters to anyone and everyone. With his years in the Sport as a professional athlete i would highly recommend trying out a few classes, but the best way to really get a sense of the performace you get by attending the classes is at least going for 3 months, I was so impressed i ended up signing up my 9 year kids for his youth classes and my boys love going there, were it started out as a trial for 6 months and 8 months later they love going

Kopas boxing has an amazing atmosphere. I would recommend it to everyone!

I was pretty nervous to try a sport that I’ve never done before, Gary creates a super encouraging atmosphere and the other members of the gym are really helpful and inclusive! But you better come ready to put in some work!
