Wonderful experience for both me and my son. They made us feel safe and secure and and supported both of us the entire time. (This was his first time with sedation) they explained everything that would be done and made my son very comfortable. I highly recommend them. Very professional and personable team.

The staff were amazing. My son is 3 and will be 4 in January, and they were so good with him. I was nervous about bringing him, after remembering when I was a kid and had to have caps and having a horrible experience.The staff at pinnacle dental were amazing! They told me exactly everything that was going on, And I was allowed to peak in the door to see how my son was doing, whenever I wanted. We won’t have any issues going back!

Despite the other reviews that have been posted this place is absolutely opposite of what I read. The admin was friendly, non judgmental, helpful and pure kind. The dental assistant and the dentist were so good to my little fella, he had no pain or fear and is very excited to return to pinnacle ! I highly recommend this place to all

My 4 year old son has been here twice and this dental team honestly was an answer to our prayers. I HIGHLY recommend them.Here's what happened. Our family dentist found a couple small cavities in my son's molars. We booked an appointment to fill them, but my son wouldn't sit still in the chair and it became clear as he freaked out that he'd need sedation in order to have the teeth filled. We got bounced from dental office to dental office as no one wanted to do the sedation. The wait times at each office combined with the need for each to book a 'consultation' meant that months went by and our son's tooth pain intensified. We were starting to look at offices down in the states as the tooth pain was becoming unbearable for him, but he was still extremely fearful of the filling procedure.Fortunately for us, someone recommended Pinnacle Dental. I called the office and the team at reception was helpful, kind, understanding, and quick to help us out. They got us in on a last minute cancellation and we were able to do the most painful filling right away.DId our son enjoy the whole experience? No. He cried a lot. But we were honestly terrified at what would happen if his gums continued to swell with infection since no one was willing to deal with a crying kid during the filling experience. So we were happy that Pinnacle was willing to work with our family and provide such important medical care for our kiddo. The team at Pinnacle was gentle, professional, and completed the procedure quickly.I highly recommend this dental office. They are saints and we are so grateful for them!!

I know this may be a hurtful comment but I feel as if Dr Ghabi picks who she likes and who she doesn't like which is completely unethical and not acceptable. I feel bad for these children she is rough and not nice, cmon there all small children have some compassion.

The negative reviews on this office made me very nervous to take my young child here but I'm so glad that I did. Major dental work for kids must be difficult on a staff as it's a difficult process to make super positive. I thought their approach to the entire process was refreshing, professional and effective. Their confidence made me feel better and got my son through the entire process quickly which in the end was incredible positive for him.

My son had extensive dental work at Pinnacle Dental and it went superbly! The dentist told my husband about everything that would be happening and the staff was fantastic with our son. He was so comfortable about his first procedure he had absolutely no issues returning for the rest of the dental work he needed. Highly recommend Pinnacle!

I completely recommend this dental clinic. My 5 yo daughter had an awful cavity in a back tooth, she was really nervous. The dentist assistant was wonderful and very patience with her. She took her time to explain to my daughter what was going to happen and described everything to her. The dentist explained to me the procedure. I wasn't with her in the room but I could go and check on her when I wanted to.

Staff was great, Dr Ghiabi is awful with children! She has no patience and is very quick to be aggressive with your child if they are not cooperating instantly. One of the first things she does is try and wipe my daughter's Bindi off her forhead!. We are obviouse hindus!, I was whering mine aswell as having my hair wrapped, it was so insulting! I find it very hard to believe that she doesn't recognize what a Bindi is, not to mention it's just not appropriate to touch a child or anyone for that matter unnecessarily Do not leave your child with this women! she will over charge you for work she hasnt done (get your records to make sure), touch your child unnecessarily, insult your religion, and be impatient, aggressive, and overstepping in her practice. Here's your warning, go to someone else!

This place is unethical. Although it did not directly affect me, I can assure they scammed my health insurance out of tons of money claiming they did work they actually did not in fact do. Racked up $1600 bill for a 30 minute visit.
