CIBC Branch with ATM

Disgusting that a bank cannot open an account without an appointment and cant give you an appointment on that day. I walked to your bank for nothing. Good grief. You are the worst kind of criminal - you and all the rest of the blood sucking banks - but your particular branch is pathetic. What the hell is your product if not to sell account services? Jerks.

I usually do my banking at the Stone Road branch but have been here 3 or 4 times. The layout is more typical of a commercial banking branch. I've never had any problems here but can see how it would be tricky with a lot of customers. Took one star off for the weird and inefficient layout. The staff has always been friendly and professional when I've been there.

Worst banking services ever. Let the list begin! First, my family was promised a given package and after a number of months I noticed I was far shorter than I had thought so I started to investigate. As it turns out my service package had been completely removed and for 4 months I was getting service fees that totalled over $400. Yes I know, I should of been more pro active and looked at my accounts more... The problem was for 2 years it was perfect. So I arranged a meeting and I was given some of the fees back... I should of got them all. Then, out of no where work expense checks start getting holds put on... Again no one said anything. Moreover my wife and I have been told to bad and we aren't getting any more help. This was the manager of the branch 2018-06-05. We are now shopping for a new bank. I'd strongly suggest staying away from cibc

Today I opened my bank account at this branch and I was highly satisfied with their customer service. All staffs were kind and willing to help customers.

Booked an appointment in advance for some financial advice. Sumin casually strolled out about 15minites late. During the 45 minute financial advice meeting, she recommended that I obtain a line of credit with a 9% interest rate to pay off a different loan with a 5% interest rate. Not only that she pushed on me THREE times that I should get overdraft protection, despite never having needed this tool. I have been with CIBC for nearly 20years. I will be moving banks after this horrendous experience. I am still having trouble understand what kind of a financial advisor would recommend paying off a loan with another, higher interest loan? Seriously makes me wonder if these people are on commission! Sumin, be better at giving financial advice or look for a different career, you are harming families in your community with your lack of financial understanding.

Here's my experience with this branch. Slow service, Booked an appointment to a Certain person and got transferred toRude Financial advisor, after getting my LOC increase, she asked me what am I using it for, I answered I'm not going to use it then she quickly replied then CLOSE IT, so i replied it's for emergency.she keeps asking out-of-the-blue questions and talking of how impatient the customers are.

I think the staff in this branch need more proper training. I applied for a credit card in this branch and was told it was approved right away. I was supposed to get the card within a week. When it was not delivered, I decided to call the main call centre to find out what happened. Finally, I was told that due to a computer glitch" the application was not submitted properly and I have to go back to the branch to follow up. They did not even apologize for their lack of proper customer service. I don't know how long I should have waited if I did not call them. Unbelievable!"

Worst customer service ever. Closing credit card and bank account.

No tellers. ATM wouldn't accept cash deposit. Went to 2 other branches; another had no tellers, and the 3rd gave a worse exchange rate for U.S. currency at the teller because they're trying to promote ATM use (that's right, the ones that won't accept the cash).

CIBC Never takes blame for anything that happens with your mortgage acct. It's all up to the client to do all the foot work watch the rates ECT.Why Do We Have Banks and Advisors for. What exactly do they do for you other than take your Money. Shameful
