Irene's Pub Restaurant
Full house between games. Burger has a nice breoiche bun. Homemade beef burger, kosher pickle slice, needs more sliced onion . Staff go above and beyond in service. But for the World Curling Championships at TD Place Irene's was understaffed. Will be back ,when nothing is going on!

Great good, live music, awsome beer list and price. An absolute staple of ottawa.The food is wonderful and even changed my partners mind about veggie burgers. Love the prices as they are actually reasonable for the Glebe.Could probably do with an upgrade to the beers offered, but still better then most places.

Popped in for a cold one, never been before. What a charming pub, old but in a good way. Where we sat was beside an old ticket window, cool. Staff very friendly, and the atmosphere was so nice. Would love to go back.

Came here with some friends for lunch. Great atmosphere for music, definitely can get different genres you don't normally see like bluegrass or folk and the musicians are pretty great! Servers were very friendly and the food was fantastic. Had the Buttermilk fried chicken sandwich with house salad. The sandwich was crispy but not greasy or oily, juicy and not dry, not too heavily breaded and seasoned really nicely. Lots of craft beer available and able to pay by tap. Will go back next time I'm in town!

Traditional bar with fun atmosphere, live music, great food and an awesome hidden outdoor back patio!Brisket sandwich - (4.4/5)Sandwich was HUGE, smoked in house and had good flavor. Paired amazing with one of the local ottawa hot sauces they have at the tables.Grilled cheese - (4.5/5)Good sizes portion, great tasting bread and cheese.

Great experience all around! Wonderful coffee! Broccoli & Cheddar soup was delicious! The staff was friendly and very helpful given a strange request that was made. Great lunch on a beautiful spring day.

The only place in Ottawa I wish I could give a 6 star review. Especially on Sundays. The late night show, the, “Sunday night review” is the reason why I go, the members are talented each in their own unique way. They’re personal, have a great sense of humour, and each person has a distinct personality that makes the band feel very flavourful. The way they joke around, interact with each-other, and join in during single performances makes you wish you were part of their inner circle. Among all of their onstage presence and character; their music is incredible. They could be a big performing name on large blues/folk tours, which makes me count myself lucky that I get to see them in a small town bar setting.

Took one hour to get how food on a normal saturday lunch time and our burgers and fries were burned like everyone else around us. I suspect the good rating are from people to drunk to really taste the food. The bread wasn't even a bun like listed on the menu but a regular cheap bread piece.
