Good ole Air Canada arriving late as usual, we arrived at YYT upon 2am closing, I was very grateful that Promise stayed late to make sure I would get my rental and not be stranded at airport at 0200am (no Uber or Lyft on Newfoundland)

St. John’s, Newfoundland, has a WONDERFUL customer service staff for their rentals. The car was easy to locate, perfectly clean, full of gas and ready to go. Alamo sent an e-mail with info for contacts should we have needed it after we picked it up and left the airport. They also phoned after we dropped off to be sure all went well. Another GREAT Alamo experience. We love you!!!

Great friendly service. Our first time to St.John’s airport to rent a car. It was a bit a walk but we found the car. The odd thing was when we returned the car, we drove it back to the same spot. Overall great experience.

After arriving at 6PM we went to the Alamo counter to find no one there. A sign read go to enterprises desk". We did and were then 8th in line

We rented a car at the St John's NL airport. The employee was very good service. We had no issues, the vehicle was exactly what we needed during our stay. I would rent my next vehicle through Alamo on my next trip!
