Desk staff is cold and not informative. Dealt with a little dark haired nurse who was definitely on a power trip. Got up to stretch my legs as I was sitting on a hard plastic chair and this particular nurse barks at me to get back behind the divider... she was down right rude about it. I told her she could have at least said please and she barks at me again to get back... She clearly lacks manners! You come in here thinking health care workers are warm and compassionate and this one was the complete opposite. I'll be reporting her to Vitalite for her rude and unprofessional behavior. She is definitely in the WRONG profession.. Warden would be more suitable for you sweetheart!

First time here. Hopefully never have to go back. The first 2 ladies were very nice and helpful. The 2 ladies where you give blood weren’t pleasant at all and no directions. I know it’s frustrating to deal with the public sometimes but if you can’t stand the heat get out of the kitchen

Make sure that Denise gallant Leblanc isn’t working, if she is your sure to get tecta and sent home to die, this woman should lose her license she can’t even talk to her patients properly without swearing at them

I have been there twice in the last 2 months, and I understand all the low reviews now. First visit was to see a doctor for my car crash. I waited 4 hours, and another 20 minutes in the office to have a doctor mostly look at my knee and POKE IT and in less than 5 minutes of talking to her, she gave me anti-inflammatory prescription and a note to see a physiotherapist. My second visit I came by to drop off insurance documents for that same doctor to sign. I was asked to sign my section and to leave it with them and that the doctor would look at it. I waited 3 hours just to be told that that specific doctor was not in, and wouldn't be in the rest of the day.The day after, which is today, I called to find out if the doctor was in. I was told to call back in 15 minutes. I call back to ask if the document was signed, and I was HUNG UP on. I called again to be told that the doctor was not in AGAIN today, and they refused to tell me when the doctor would be in next. I informed them that this was a legal insurance document that needed to be done within a week, and I asked to know if this would be possible. I was again told that they could not give me an answer. To any of the hospital staff from the emergency section reading this, you are a selfish, un-caring staff that should not be allowed to work with other human beings if this is how you treat" them. If you can't even give someone some assurance

Absolutely pathetic. could go on for hours but everybody already knows how sad it is for a hospital to be run so poorly. Would give 0.5 stars If I could because the only people there who seem to care at all is a VERY select few.

Sat in the hospital for 7 straight hours on a Friday for an eye injury.. not offered anything for the pain or to see a dr other people with less issues have come and gone.. this is unacceptable.. something needs to be done with this hospital.. doctors in this hospital should be ashamed in how they are running it..

I was in for a broken ankle on December 23. The staff was amazing, very professional, caring and companionate. They made my over night stay as comfortable as could be expected. It took less than an hour to see the doctor, have x-rays done and advise me that I will need surgery.

I believe I had an experience with the same little dark haired nurse. She wasn’t wearing a name tag (likely purposely). The rudest nurse I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t believe she’s allowed to interact with patients. She thinks she owns the place and has the power to determine who needs to see a Doctor and who doesn’t. She raised her voice at me, cut me off when talking only to tell me about her own personal experience with covid. Due to testing positive with Covid and having concerning symptoms, I called 811, it was suggested I report to a hospital due to these symptoms. Then I got her…lucky me! When I told her it was recommended by 811 that I attend a hospital to get checked out, she said “811 will send you to a hospital for a small cut on your finger”. Watch out for her!

Incompetent and rude staff. They threw my brother out of the hospital without a drive and refused to call him a cab because they believed he had covid. They didn't even let him call us to make arrangements.too sick to take a cab but not sick enough to make him walk for 3 hours . They should be ashamed of themselves .

Waited in the waiting room in complete agony for over 5 hours. Asked the nurse why it was taking so long and was told emergencies take priority. Meanwhile a kid with a candy in his ear, but in no pain, comes in three hours after me and gets called in after not even an hour. Walked out because my pain could not take those highly uncomfortable chairs anymore. Driving an hour to Moncton is better than this hospital.
