The UPS Store

Extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Constantly lose packages. They never even attempt to deliver to apartments either (even with the buzz code in the delivery instructions and I'm home every day)

We all have places to be. But this store opens whenever it wants. If you say 9am open at 9am. No such thing as a good service in Canada.

Cam, the store owner was extremely kind and patient in helping me resolve some shipping issues I had. I had no problems and overall it was very pleasant.To address all the reviews about it being slow, I personally felt like everything was prompt but even if it is slower than average are you really going to travel to a further UPS store? Effectively it's going to take the same amount time because you have to travel further but you'll also waste gas.

is supposed to open 9am on mondays but it was empty and locked up at 9:05! Terrible for people who need service urgently.

bad energy the second i walked into the building. one worker who i had to wait for him get off the phone which i typically don’t mind but he was right up front so i could hear his side of the conversation and he was very rude to the customer. he even hung up on them after saying there’s nothing he could do about their package! then when he got off the phone he aggressively grabbed my package, scanned it, gave me my receipt and headed back to the back of the store without saying a single word to me. wish owners or managers at these kinds of places actually hired adults who actually respect others.

I don't know how to even begin. Parcel was apparently delivered but was actually sent to this address. I had to call in to complain about the package missing and they told me that I can pick it up here even though I was not left a packing slip. I told them I would pick it up and hold it. I went to pick it up and the clerk said that the driver was going to re- deliver the next day. No package and apparently the ups guy over the phone said that the guy at the counter didn't even know if it was going to be delivered. This next guy told me that the package would show up on Monday. Well it's Monday and no package. Apparently the new person I called told me that I need to be contacted from a special department to make arrangements for my parcel. So many lies. Thanks UPS

The person working at the store was very aggressive when I asked him to check to see if my package that had failed to deliver to my house was at that location. Totally uncalled for and terrible customer service.

Worst service. Waited for one hour just to take printout and even he was not able to print the documents accurately. Then he said I don't know how to print it and my graphic designer is not here. That was his answer after one hour wait. Really bad experience.
