I am impressed with the warmth of the staff. As a tourist from Malaysia, I can’t say the hospitality at many of the shops I have patronized is awesome, but I loved the positive vibes at Bean Around The World.

Really great coffee. Service was attentive and friendly. Atmosphere and seating at this location is okay, but nothing spectacular. However, the hidden patio area out the back is a nice touch!

The coffee and poppyseed muffin was good. But there was only 1 table big enough for 4 people, and when we tried to combine some tables together, we had a customer be very rude about it. So not a good place to hang out and chat after getting your coffee.

Bean Around The World Coffees
Located inside the West Vancouver community center. Seating inside is limited due to Covid -19 policies but there is seating in the lobby of the community center and outside as well. Coffee is good but the service was slow when I went. The two employees were not enough to handle the 8-10 customers. Otherwise a good place to grab coffee from on a rainy day.

The service is terrible. The drink my friend ordered didn’t come out quite right and when I asked them to replace it, instead they suggested to top it up with almond milk.. After a few back and forth, they reluctantly changed it while noting that they are making an exception for us. I will never be back at this location

Passing through the VanCity area - new to Bean Around the World. Honestly I thought it was a single location mom & pop shop cafe. After searching I realized it is a local brand with locations everywhere.This doesn’t change my opinion of them. They still have a cozy cafe feel, and definitely don’t feel like a big brand.Delicious coffee, tastes great, looked great - enjoyed the experience immensely.Thank you!

Great shop!! I liked the cinnamon buns a lot and loved the hot chocolate. Was an awesome place to stop just before getting on the ferry to Nanaimo. My friend says they have great coffee too
