This unit is amazing especially in the winter. We had it up to 99 degrees for the New year countdown, best investment.

I didn't even buy the tub from these guys but Sean helped me troubleshoot on the phone and over email on a weekend. Great customer service!

Recently visited for supplies and Sean was great. Very knowledgeable, good customer service and very friendly. I have owned a Twilight 8.2 since 2019, a great tub fantastic set up. High quality build and great insulation, and reasonable cost to heat during winter months. Highly recommend Master Spas.

The hot tubs are good quality but the service is bad, at least in barrie. If you need help from masterspa find the technician in mississauga

This was our first tub and we didn’t really know what we were looking for. Sean was very patient during our lengthy decision period and super knowledgeable. Our tub took 90ish days to arrive but that was estimated. There was never any pressure to buy the tub or sell us upgrades that weren’t needed. Installation was efficient and well done. We’ve had the tub now about 3 weeks and we are impressed with the quality of the tub and the cover. Their starter kit included everything to get you up and running plus some, about 8 good-sized chemicals of different types. I would purchase from this company again.

We bought a swim spa from Sean in May. From the first contact, Sean was professional and never pressured us. He was patient and helpful, and I felt fully informed about what I was purchasing. The actual delivery over our house was nerve racking but went seamlessly. Even after the spa was installed Sean continued to be helpful teaching us how to properly balance our chemicals. Purchasing the Trainer 15D was the best thing we have done in a long time. We have been swimming daily and feel healthier and stronger. We are still swimming all the time despite the recent drop in temp when it would be too cold to swim in a conventional pool. I would highly recommend Master Spas, Barrie!

My husband and I contacted Master Spas at the beginning of September in hopes to complete our backyard oasis with the addition of a hot tub! We had originally reached out to Griffin, who had helped a family member of ours, over 10 years ago, with the purchase of their hot tub. They had nothing but excellent things to say regarding Griffin, so naturally we wanted to deal with him as well. Unfortunately we learned that Griffin was located at the Mississauga location and we lived in Barrie. Griffin was so helpful during our inital contact through email. He was very understanding of us not wanting to travel all the way to Mississauga, so he recommended seeing Sean at the Barrie location. We met with Sean the next week and purchased a tub that day. Sean was really helpful and knowledgeable regarding their products. He helped us pick a tub that best fit our needs and budget, without trying to force us in to a model that was more than what we needed. It was very refreshing to have a salesperson who listens and doesnt try to unnecessarily upsell. Sean spent a good couple hours with us going our features, pricing, chemicals, what was included with our tub, etc. We ordered the tub in Sept 2021(during covid) and received delivery of the tub mid Nov. This delivery was very fast, anywhere else we had inquired reported major delays in possession due to covid and manufacturing issues. We were very impressed. The delivery was great, the guys were so quick and careful with unloading and placing the tub!A day or so later, we had an electrician come and hook everything up so we could start enjoying the tub. Once he finished we noticed that the lights in the tub werent functioning- we figured perhaps it was a main switch or fuse issue. We contacted the store and they confirmed the above was most likely true and that they would have a technician come out in a few days to fix it. Later that afternoon we received another message from Griffin reporting he was going to come out that night and fix the lights for us- which he did! This was so great, so nice of him! We were really impressed with the sales aspect and customer service we have received so far from the people at Master Spas. Thank you Griffin and Sean!

Great service. We love our spa. Jets are powerful and its really helping us sleep better. Sean was very helpful and didn't pressure us at all. He's been very good with instructing us on how to care for it and we really appreciate his expertise. Thanks MasterSpa! Oh and the delivery was also amazing, very professional

Wass parking in the SHARED parking lot and a man from this business charged at my car and yelled at me to get out of here". Wouldnt recommend giving your business to a company that allows that sort of conduct."
