Always a great time with my girl. And there is a ladies there who is so knowledgeable about everything diy and craft related. She really makes the store shine

The store always has great deals, great decor and many ideas for the many possible projects. My family and I always had great experiences with this store until tonight.My older sister and I were shopping for craft supplies (my older sister ended up buying yarn and buttons), we had a male cashier putting through her items, meanwhile a couple (a tall male and a short female) went through the store. Just as we were about to head out, we notice the couple sneaked passed the cashier area (through a gap between the entrance and exit) and snuck in front of us just as my sister and I were about to head out. The electronic sensor went off (my sister and I haven't even gotten through the sensors) and my older sister and I immediately stopped while the couple kept right on going (a high possibility that the couple in front of us, shoplifted). A female cashier told us that we need our items scanned in case there was a sensor, we tried telling her that it was the couple in front of us that had the sensor go off but she insisted that we need to get my sister's items scanned (because apparently yarn and buttons have a electronic sensors in them). So while my sister's items had to be scanned for sensors"

Bought my sewing machine here. The staff answered all questions I had, including alerting me to the discount available on the item. Recommend :)

Went to Micheals for some 1:25 scale models. They had a small selection of models and an even smaller selection of model accessories (paint, brushes, glue ect...) loved coming here but seems I'll need to go elsewhere.

Had an unfortunate experience with the manager. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. Signage should be more clear, clearance signs throughout the middle of the aisle stating spring clearance, but the spring items on the shelves weren’t on sale.

Great customer service. The young lady working cash was so sweet to my mother in-law. Made sure she used the better % off 1 item coupon. Checked/asked if she was a senior which made my MIL giggle and feel great about herself since she is 80.Definitely one of my go to places to shop!

Overall shopping experience was good. I was able to find everything I needed. As I was waiting in line there was only one cashier. Unfortunately the customer she was trying to assist was being unreasonable and giving her a hard time. Eventually she called for backup and they were able to get through the line. I ended up at her till and her name was Nikole. She was so kind and helpful with me. I commend her for remaining composed and polite with her previous interaction and to continue that with other customers and myself. Thank you Nikole!

They sold me snaps for a onsie I made for my dog. Had a coupon and loved that

The customer service that Sarah provided was above and beyond! Sarah helped me get a large 48x60 canvas off of the shelf and also helped me when the canvas would not fit in my car by offering a personal delivery. They don’t make employees like Sarah- they are a one of a kind human. Get this employee a raise! I cannot thank you enough!!
