Justin is a true professional. I always thought home inspections were a waste of money until I gave Buyer's Choice a chance. My wife and I purchased a new home and we did not have a inspector to work with. Justin came as a recommendation from our realtor, and after some research we decided to choose his business to trust with the largest purchase of our life.Justin arrived early for the appointment and got to work right away. He had a thorough search of the roof through a ladder and drone, and was able to witness any potential issues from a few different perspectives.He walked me through what he was doing as he was doing it. He was very knowledgeable about what building materials should be in the house versus what wasnt code anymore.I am an electrical apprentice and had not shared this with Justin. His knowledge of electrical left me satisfied he knew exactly what to look for. He found a few receptacles with swapped wires and gave me a list of what to fix in the house and what should be changed out.Overall we are very satisfied with the report we received and would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family to inspect their homes. We have clear documentation about what we received from the inspection (like included warranties etc) and information on what to care for and maintain which is very useful for first-time home buyers.

Justin was both thorough and personable! Not only did he identify some significant things to be fixed he also explained how certain items functioned; amp services, on demand water system etc in layman language i could understand. I would highly recommend his services

Justin was very professional and thorough, using modern tools such as drones and IR sensors. He identified some significant issues to be fixed that we as potential buyers would not have noticed or fully understood Justin was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He took the time to go over most issues during the inspection, followed up quickly with a very thorough, well laid out and easy to understand inspection report.
