I travel down from Rigaud and shop here at least twice a month because it has everything! Store is clean and bright. Staff is always very helpful. Bakery selection of cake and pie by the slice is fabulous. Fresh pizzas are ready to eat - so delicious! Not a great idea to go to this store hungry! Also a very good selection of 0% alcohol if you’re looking for that.

Ok so prices aside which are terrible if you are a person living alone. But the reason for the rating is due to the poor staff quality at the cold meat counter. I didn't used to have issues, however the past 4 times I got meats the arrived to me not as slices where you can take one They arrived as clumps. This was regular thickness is what was asked and the 1st slice great, so I never see it till I get home. Train your staff better!!!

Pretty good... but nobody needs that many brands of kraft beer... especially the non alcoholic ones they charge $91 dollars a can for.

The store is clean and the merchandise are properly arranged. There's plenty of stock for everything, except items on sale. It is conveniently located along A40 and has a spacious free parking. There are ready to eat foods too, and Starbucks is inside this store. It is highly recommended.

I love the updated Provigo... The only thing is I find it super annoying that there is a metal barrier now that forces us to walk past the pizza/Starbucks in order to get to the stairs at the entrance to go to Joe Fresh/bathrooms. WHY?!

Terrible staff working at the customer service desk! I was kindly asking the lady to get some assistance for me to do some grocery shopping because I’m visually impaired. She toned her voice at me as she was saying that they are short in staff because of the winter storm. She was talking very loud to everybody who came up to her customer service desk, as well as talking on the phone. She was even swearing like a sailor! Not meaning to eavesdrop while waiting around until I find someone else to help me, but she was literally swearing in every sentence during her phone conversation! Very unprofessional of her! It’s as if she thinks she’s the only one working in the whole entire Provigo store! When she left her desk to go for lunch and somebody else came to take her place, I finally got help at the end. However I had to make it quick because I was short for time since my transport was scheduled to pick me up at a specific time. Not planning to go back anytime soon unless that lady gets fired.

Nice store to get fresh foodstuff. Lots of variety. The cooked food section is great also. Delicious pizza, fried chicken and combos. There's a Starbucks inside. Huge parking. And a decent Joe fresh section also upstairs. The eating area for clients could be better.
