Needed new tires for my Bike and Mike at the service count was fantastic. He found me some great tires at a great price and they were ordered and in the shop in 2 days. Service dept was also great, I had to cancel the install date and move it to the next day and they were able to get it done without question. This will defiantly be my go to shop from now on.

Great Purchase Experience!After a really bad start at another Toronto dealer I was almost turned off buying a new bike at all. Lorenzo turned that around for me with his great customer service, professional manner and positive attitude. I talked to the guys in service about the bike I was considering even before I went to sales, and got all my questions/concerns answered fully - thanks John. Tony in parts was helpful too. I was really impressed with everyone I spoke to, it was obvious they like their jobs and want to help customers...sadly that seems rare these days..Ready is great place to deal with..Fair pricing and delivery was over a week early!

One of the worst experiences. Went there with money to buy a bike. No one was interested in talking. I liked a used bike and asked the guy for price. He told me a price which was higher than new. I asked him why is this high and he just shrugged his shoulders and went away. Some bikes had a sign “talk to us about the rebate on this bike” when I inquired i was told there is no rebate in a very condescending tone. Way too over priced used stock and abysmal customer service.

Picked up my first by about a week and half ago. Wasn't really sure what was needed or what to expect, but Lorenzo was really helpful. He gave me all the information I needed and some good advice on when I should arrange to pick up my bike, and how to organize getting the accessories I needed for my new Honda Rebel. Honestly I'm almost definitely going to come back for my next bike in 2 or 3 years. Still have Lorenzo's number saved in my phone to recommend him to friends of mine that are looking for new Bikes.

Lorenzo a sales associate at this location was very helpful. I am a first time bike buyer and he assisted me with what I needed. Once I decided which bike I wanted I was told it takes about a week to get it ready especially in the middle of the riding season. He ensured I received my bike within a few days, so I can enjoy as much of the season that was left. Also he made sure I had every discount that was available for me. Thanks Lorenzo and I was very satisfied with the service.

I went in looking to buy a Ninja 650 and the staff seemed uninterested in selling me a motorcycle. Intially I inquired about the 650s they had listed on their website and the sales representative said they were on the floor somewhere. A little more direction would have been great considering nothing was labeled, and no prices were listed.After not finding the bike I went back to the sales representative, to get a little more information. He simply stated the bike guy wasn't in. I understand if it's material you're not comfortable with, but there was no effort made to try and answer some of my basic questions. I just wanted to know what bike I would be buying and how much it was. It felt like I was pulling teeth.After asking the same question 3 different ways and finally getting some answers I asked if I could trade in my old bike. The sales representative said the manager was with another customer and couldn't be interrupted. I waited around for 20 minutes and after that I finally gave up and left.If you want to look at bikes it's not a bad place, but good luck trying to buy one from them.

Amazing Experience as usual. Bought a Yamaha FZ-09 from Lorenzo. Professional and knowledgeable person who can guide you in the right direction. Great Service. Helped by Alex in finance who is also an amazing person to deal with.Adding to all this, Lorenzo went above and beyond to give us the delivery in 2 days by getting the paperwork done at MTO on a Saturday. Thank you for your support and professional attitude. Also, thank you for helping out in the cold. :)Coming back again for the next two machines .. ;)

I just purchased a new 2017 CB500X from Lorenzo. It is my first bike, so going into the buying process I was pretty much open to anything. I was a little hesitant as I didn't really know what kind of bike would really suit me best. Lorenzo asked the right questions and gave the right advice to help narrow down the style of bike I should look at, and I ended up being very fond of Honda's Adventure bikes. He even followed up with me to see how the process was going and see if he could do anything else to help me out! Once confident that the CB500X would be a great starter/first few years bike, Lorenzo promised me that he would give me the best price up front. He didn't get upset when I said that I wanted to shop around before I committed. I went to two other dealers just to do my due diligence, and in the end he really had given me the best price. 5 star service, lowest price and I am VERY happy with my bike. I've had it two days and I've put on over 300 km! Thanks Lorenzo, thanks Ready Powersports and thanks Honda for making my dream of owning a bike a reality! I work in the automotive industry for a rival brand... Lorenzo provided better customer service than most. I know I've just said a lot, but I want you to know that I don't write many reviews. I only do so when someone deserves it.

I purchased my first bike through this dealership and if I'm going to be honest wasn't a great experience. Had it not been for the scarcity and lack of inventory at other dealerships on the bike I bought, I would have taken my business elsewhere.All the low rating reviews are true. I truly felt no one really was interested in selling me a bike. I was explicitly told by a sales associate that he would not even talk pricing unless I paid a down payment on the bike!I am the kind of customer that was hoping to build a relationship with my dealer so that I could get all my service needs and future bike upgraded done at 1 location. However, this is not the dealership to do that.I bought the bike, can't do anything about the money I gave them. It's nothing but a sunk cost. However, I can guarantee that any future business will gladly be done elsewhere. God willing, my first bike will be FAR from my last bike.All in all, I think this was a great learning experience for me and now know what kind of service and experience I deserve as a customer. I also learned to give these Google reviews more respect and appreciation.YOU deserve better fellow buyer... do yourself a favour and look at the better rated (4 star plus) dealerships.Have a blessed day.
