Excellent work, great communication and priced right!Anthony and his crew did an amazing job installing a pool for me. He was very flexible when I asked for changes to be made. He kept me up to date throughout the entire process, giving me sound advice. Price was great for what I received compared to other big name companies (who view you just as a number) and did exactly what was in the contract....and more!Thanks for making this big addition a very positive experience for my family and I....we love it!

I emailed Nature's Choice on Monday June 26 and requested a quote to have certain areas of our interlocking reinstalled because they had sunken down and have become uneven. Alexandra from the office replied and asked me to provide the work address and send some photos of the areas that required work. I sent her all the info on Tuesday June 27. She let me know that someone would call me and set up an appointment to come and take a look and give me a quote. That same day, I got a call at 5:28 pm from Anthony telling me he was at our house and was here to look at the interlock. I told him I wasn't home and he replied that my gate for the backyard was open and he proceeded to enter the property. I told him, then my husband is home. Let me call him to advise of your arrival which I did. My husband answered my call and told me that he was in the backyard with a representative from another company looking at the work that needed to be done and Anthony was welcome to participate in the conversation. Well, when Anthony saw that another representative was quoting on the job, he told my husband that he wasn't interested in providing a quote and didn't want to waste his time.I found this very unprofessional. The work that needs to be done will cost thousands of dollars and before we award the contract I think it is not unreasonable to accept several quotes and previous job references to ensure that we choose the right company for the job.I am actually glad that Anthony showed his unprofessionalism because even though the company has a nice website, I would not recommend Nature's Choice for any work.Upon reviewing Anthony's response, I can confirm that all he said in his response is untrue. So not only does he not provide a quote, he lies about a situation that he himself created. The real reason why Anthony provided a response was because your company received a bad review which was justified. I think Anthony you could have saved face simply by quoting the job and letting us determine if we were going to award the contract to your company or not.

We reached out to Anthony Niro from a very trustworthy pool technician that we work with. Anthony is absolutely the person that you would want to work with for your backyard renovation. He spent time to visit the site, took measurements, proposed different options, and discussed with me pros and cons for the different options that we'd proceed with. We were well informed (and educated with the areas that we don't know) during the entire process, and everything to us was crystal clear. Anthony is the person that we feel comfortable and confident to work with for life. Thank you Anthony, and everyone on the amazing Team for the wonderful job you've done for us!!
