I came to Glen to get help with my Saint Bernard Larry who is just over a year and a half and he was displaying multiple signs of unwanted behaviour. My main problem was Larry's huge reactionary impulse on leash and he was not listening to any of my commands. I was at the point where I feared walking him because he would bolt off and I could not hold him back. He was also becoming a bully. I felt helpless and my dog was out of control. Glen helped me with e collar behaviour modification it brought Larry back to being a calm, non reactionary dog who now listens to my commands and now we are in a harmonious relationship walking together wherever we go - around people and other dogs and distractions. I now have the control back with Larry thanks to his instruction and techniques which I will continue to use throughout Larry's life. Thanks Glen.

I'm glad we chose Team-K9 for training our puppy. Our dog was struggling to go on walks and would bark at every dog, but that was quickly fixed when we went to training. Glen was able to explain what needed to be done and helped us in each class. The group training sessions were great because they allowed our dog to train with distractions around him. Has a mobile store and meets up with you for delivery/pick-up of items you buy online from their store. I purchased online and agreed on a pick-up time. We spoke on the phone the day before and confirmed via text the next day as well regarding the location and time for pick-up. I waited 15 minutes at our agreed location and pick-up time before calling to follow up. They were running late and needed a couple extra minutes (okay no big deal). In the end they were 25 minutes late and they didn't have the courtesy to apologize or even communicate with me regarding the delays or changes to the pick-up time.Once I got home, I realized that the product I ordered was the wrong size. A couple days later I messaged Team-K9 asking if I could exchange for a different size. They read my messages and didn't respond (fair enough, I messaged later in the evening). I waited until the next day to follow up again and send another message. Again they read the response and did not respond. So I tried calling, no one answered. Finally once I got a hold of someone I received a passive aggressive and unprofessional response. Then I was informed there was no return or exchanges. I will never buy anything from them again.

I always fed my dogs kibbles in the past. I was aware the benefit of raw diet but didn’t know where to find the quality food at a reasonable price. Through a friend’s recommendation, I started to purchase organic ground chicken meat from Glen. He explained how to feed the food in conjunction with an exercise routine and balance life style. It’s been more than a year since I switched to Glen’s Simply Raw. I must say I cannot be happier to see my dogs become healthier and more energetic. No more bad breath, teeth look great, skin allergy is gone, coats are shiny! In addition to chicken meat, I also buy turkey necks, lamb bones and salmon skin to supplement my dogs’ diet.
