Great service

I have been a renter in London for over 30 years. I have lived at 660 Cheapside Street for 2 years and am impressed with how clean they keep the building, as well as how quickly they resolved two maintenance issues I contacted. Their service manager (Michael) always exceeds our expectations.

Never rent from these people their apartment's are dumps, and you will get little to no maintenance support whatsoever. I lived in one of their units at 660 Cheapside. I had no less then 7 floods in my unit, this was waste water coming down from the ceiling destroying all our furniture and rugs. I latter met a former tenant that lived in the flooding unit above me, she stated she had floods for 2 years prior to me renting the unit and the property manage was unable to fix the issue.This company knowingly rented me a defective unit, and probably rented it out to some other unsuspecting person.Floods, bed bugs, carpet Beatles, and out of control noisy students above me. I had enough and moved.

My relative lives here, super clean building, great layout spacious and updated.
