Allure Nails North Vancouver

Very clean and well equipped nail salon. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention experienced and efficient. Fair prices for very good, quality service. 10/10 would go again. This is my new go-to nail spot.

Owner did a great job on a full set for me- pedicure had some issues that was addressed with excellent customer service from the team and owner, I look forward to returning to see how my next experience is. Good location, good service, attention to detail on gel application.

I did full set and pedicure. The ladies were all super nice! Pedicure was cute! Only recommendation would he to not rush nails as I have alot of crooked/uneven ones and polish around nails but unfortunately she couldn't fix as she got busy orange the girl that finished didn't understand that I wanted them fixed ..

The one who did my pedi cut one of my toe cuticle and now it's infected, not the first time it happened. I went there almost 2 years ago and they cut my finger (it bled, thankfully it wasn't infected). I don't think i'm ever coming back here again even though it's very close to where I live. I feel like they were in a rush too when they we're doing my nails. I'm not recommending this location.

I visited them 3 times and I won't return. The first time I went I had my nails done by a young lady who did an amazing job, it was honestly the best gel manicure I've ever gotten. She was very careful and gentle with the polish removal, and the application was pristine and perfect. Second time I got a gel polish change and it was extremely chunky, when you saw the nails in the light they were lumpy and weird. I thought I would give it another try, on the third visit I went to take my polish off and the woman who did the service was so violent with my nails that there are literal chunks visibly missing from the surface of my nails. My nails are totally destroyed.Edit 4 weeks later: my fingernails are still destroyed. The part that's growing out is still peeling, thin, and brittle. I can't believe how much damage was done. Please pay attention to your clients, I hope nobody else has to experience this. I can't even file my nails because they're so thin they just fold. And I normally have healthy thick nails.

I came to tee for nail extension, I paid $65, she said basically you should come once a month for repair. My nails have been falling for the past 20 days.

The manicure/pedicure themselves were fine, however I left with a very bad taste as I got charged double what I was expecting to pay. When I asked why they were charging that price vs the one listed on their website, they stated that it was Shellac. I never asked to get Shellac done, they did not ask me if I wanted shellac done - and yet it was done and I was charged for it anyways. To top it off, some friends told me later on that I have to go to a salon to get the Shellac removed - which the ladies at the salon failed to tell me. So not only did I get stuck paying double what I was expecting to pay for a service that I did not want and was done without asking me, but I am also stuck having to go to a salon to get it removed.

Had really good nail techs recently! First, my toes and it was great, so I booked acrylic nails next and that turned out great too.I’m always cautious of who does my nails but both nail techs were very understanding of my particular preferences!

I have been a customer here for almost 3 years! I am very particular with my nails and this is the only salon I’ve been to that has absolutely nailed the shape and not only that, despite the long length I never have issues with them breaking! I always recommend Allure to everyone!!
