Worst auction everthey don't recognize anythingthey keep protecting the bad sellers

They are good and kindly. I bought several times cars.

Horrible experience dealing with this place.Highly disorganized, took over a month for me to be mailed my belongings from my vehicle as I live 3 hours from the lot, and they didn’t even send me half of my stuff.

Extremely disappointed with there ability to follow instructions. We had our insurance company tow vehicle to there lot as the original tow company was ignorant and would not let my daughter collect her personal stuff from wrecked vehicle. As she was not the registered owner of the car as it was in wifes name. Our insurance company contacted us to let us now it was moved there and my daughter could call and make an appointment to clean her stuff out of the vehicle. When she arrived on the lot to clean her stuff out some one from there lot had cleaned and said they through everything into the garbage. They had no key, no permission to enter vehicle. They literally went through her back pack that was ,zipped up. They said they threw out all of her stuff. Including a school book for university her credentials for first aid, boating, and life guard. Along with 130.00 worth of gluten free food. My daughters bong, her edibles she just bought. But amazingly they could only get her back pack and a school book the ownership of the car from there garbage. Where did the rest go? Some one elses place that works for them?

By far the worst customer service I have ever had. I bought 2019 Jetta and they did not mention the car has transmission issue. Later when the car was delivered to our shop, we realized the car is not shifting transmission. I called and spoke with Melissa who is the office Manager and she treated me really badly. I tried to explain to her in a nice way but she did not listen and she hung up the call on me. I ended up having a car with the transmission issue which costed me over $1500 dollars.Impact screwed up as they did not mentioned the car has transmission issue and it is possible mechanic. Not only this, but this car also had lien and it had been 3 weeks since we purchased the car, the lien was still not cleared. They sell their vehicles without even running a proper lien checkThey lost a customer and would never buy cars from this location any more. Copart is much better option

Had a very poor experience dealing with Melissa who is the office manager here. Someone in her position should have better dispute resolution skills. Giving out conflicting information and then blaming the customer doesn't help the situation. You should have given the customer the benefit of the doubt in this case, but you made it personal. You still haven't sent me the head office contact email. Extremely unprofessional.

Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service !!! Waited over an hour for vehicles . The staff and the manager all need customer service skills and training unreal how they are still in business!!!

Good and fast service. They said 40 mins on the phone but came before that.

What's wrong with impact. Why majority of their cars have lien on them? It has already been a month now and they are taking forever to clear the lien. Seems like they only want to sell and get rid of their inventory. Their customer service is also not up to the standards. They put you on hold for long and once picked up, a rude representative answers the call with no clear answer. Really disappointing
