This one star is only for that lady who is having a very poor and discriminatory attitude. As a muslim, its sunnah to be kind and show a nice behavior to others, specially to other muslim sisters and brothers. But she is very rude and bad. Surely she is giving non-muslims a very bad image of Islam. May almighty give her some hosn al solok.

Today i went at 5.15 pm i went to ask for qurbani meat. The volunteer lady was screaming at me saying no. Talked to me very mean way. Then the manager came and gave me the meat. This is the first time I was treated like this. We muslims need to have good akhlaq. Subahanalla. I am going to come again next week to explain how much I was hurt and complain about her. These people should not volunteer in the food bank

Very bad call center, she did hangout on me two times after I asked here where is the address. This is very unprofessional and waste of time. She also put me on hold for 20 minutes and go away, if you cant answer why you pickup the call, you can say I will call you back by writing my number and don’t busy the line. Very frustrating service
