The technician Jacques was very knowledgeable and courteous. Was no issue coming to Sturgeon Falls to do the warranty work.

Have been sent an email that my service call needs to be booked. I have tried 7 times, and it says there is no service call attached to my phone. I tried to call on the phone to book service, and call drops after waiting 'in the cue.' This isn't service.
