Never been to a Tim Hortons this dysfunctional. They have two order screens but they only use one of them, you wait forever in line and two people in front of me also had their orders messed up. Went to pay with tap and I went to tap the card the lady said I was done but then realized I wasn't even after I asked her if I was. Comical. I'll just keep driving next time or get my coffee from McDonalds instead.

Stood in line waiting for service. Staff walked by and did not take my order. Two minutes later a white guy pulls up and he was served immediately!!! Rank customer service.There was a pool of water by the washroomLeft unattended even though I told them it was a hazard.

Stopped in on our way home from an event for a coffee and donut for the 1 hour drive we had ahead of us. Imagine our disappointment to find out they only had 2 donuts available. Strawberry swirls or some such. 2 donuts? Seriously? Isn't this a Tim Hortons franchise that built its name on coffee and donuts? And it was not closing or close to it at all. Very disappointed.

Rave to the restaurant, especially Sunil, I worked there about 2 years ago and every time i come in he remembers me and is very friendly and my order is always very good!

Not one car in the drive-through, the restaurant was basically empty. I stood at the front counter, waiting to get my order taken for almost 5 minutes. Nobody served me so I went next-door to McDonald’s and got my coffee. Seems like the employees were too busy talking to each other to care.

This Tim Hortons use to be good, but not anymore. I've been going here for more than 10 years and in the last year something must have changed in management or ownership. Since then they have taken the garbage cans out of the drive through and now you're pretty much guaranteed to have your order wrong every time you go now.

Normally Tim's soups range from fine to great. However today it was terrible. Not sure if they use flower or something else to thicken but today its think with virtually no flavour. The bun you get with large soup was hard. Not an experience I would expect from Tim Hortons

So when they switched owners this might have been the worst tim hortons I have ever been to. Not to mention the one girl at the window who has attitude and is just awful shoving your food at you before you even have one second to pull out your debit card…. I would give no stars to this place but the other day some young man named Kevin helped me at the window and he was a so delightful, sweet and professional. If this tim hortons has this Kevin guy helping guide their team then there will be hope for it yet. Kevin is the only reason I will give any stars to this location.
