Déménagement V.I.P

Worst movers Ever, I did many move in my life, the worst ever. They came with a too small truck, the movers always text on job and try to make your move longer. They didn't wrap my stuff, scratch my tables and broke my sofa.Moreover, they did a detour with the truck to go somewhere else for personal reasons, so they shown up at my new place 1:45 later (it's a 20 min ride between point A & B), nobody advise us, and they try to charge me for that personal detour... totally UNACCEPTABLE.They told me everything was insured, but they are lying. No news from them since they receive my payment. And they refuse to give you a bill to force you to pay in cash or etransfer.DONT USE THAT COMPANY, 5 STARS RATING ARE FAKE.

This a great moving company!They were on time and help me get through my moving day.They were very helpful with everything.They offer a great price for storage and were on time and did the job as quick and as carefully as possible.They were nice to me and my family as well.If I every have to move again I will definitely call Déménagement V.I.P!
