Kingpin Bowlounge & Boston Pizza

The bowling lanes are awesome (they get 5 stars on their own) but because we went there at 10:10 pm, they wouldn't let us use them. Their reason was they close at 11 and you pay for the full hour and they can't give you less than an hour (even though we were willing to pay the full hour and be cut short for time). They told us we could use the arcade instead which was pathetic. Most of the games were either powered off or broken. We only had 5 games to choose from out of the maybe 20 machines. They also have games that give out tickets for prizes but they don't have a prize booth to redeem them. We tried using the beerpong game which worked, but there were no balls for it. We asked a couple employees for help and they said they couldn't give us our tokens back that the game took and didn't have access to the balls. 10 minutes later, they brought the balls out for another couple. We played air hockey a few times and left disappointed.

We had a birthday party at the bowlounge. Service was ultra efficient, fast, and they have super friendly staff. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed! The place is clean and well kept. Food was on point, & delicious! I would definitely recommend!

The pool tables here, half the time, don't work. They eat the white ball before your game is over, and there is no one around to help you when you need them. Also, there is no chalk for the pool queue when you need some. Other than this happening, it would have been a great night out with the family.

Went out for Father's Day lunch.Friendly and prompt staff. Great menu options. The kid enjoyed the kids' menu and options. They provided him with crayons and a coloring menu.The food was delicious. We tried the salted caramel cookie for dessert. It's a great one for sharing.

We ordered online, from Boston Pizza, assuming a solid experience; we've had a number of satisfactory encounters with this franchise before. Our five-person birthday order was done online. There was trouble with the website in paying online so I chose the Pay at the store" option. Our order placed

Boston Pizza: The dining area was messy, with dirty tables, even though it wasn't too busy. The service was good. The food tasted good and was well made.Cleanliness 1☆Service 4☆Food 4☆Kingpin: The associate set up our lane before handing out our shoes. Once at the lane, the table was clutered with garbage, plates and glasses. The new set of pins kept stalling. Overall we paid for an hour, but got 50 mins.Cleanliness 1☆Service 4☆Mechanics 3☆

The staff were lovely! But the facility has no charm, and we spent the entire bowling game suffering technical difficulties, with pins and bowling balls getting stuck in the gutters. It was fine. Not many options available for bowling these days anyway

Took my son for his birthday. Great arcade and bowling. This is the first time I've visited an arcade and used a digital card instead of coins which was really helpful when four of us were playing to have our own cards. Boston Pizza was great, it's a super fun atmosphere with lots to do!

The area wasn't clean. The lanes took forever to reset the pins. Roll one ball. Wait.hit reset.wait. roll a ball. Wait. Hit reset. Wait. Booked an hour and only got to play one game due to waiting for both the pins and the ball return. Family next to us didn't help as they overflowed the ball rack so nothing could come out and get mad at us when we returned some balls into stock and we didn't share our bought custom balls with them. Calling for service help at the lanes did absolutely nothing. We asked for help at least 3 times and nobody ever came. The call just timed out every shot.

Worst place ever. Do not ever come for bowling here. The lanes take too long for the pins to show up again. When we drew attention to front desk, they said there are so many lanes they have to take care of!(then why do you guys keep all the lanes open if you can’t maintain simultaneously, I mean is this really an excuse?) When we asked for restarting, they just said they can’t do it as there are reservations after us as well. Then we asked for refund but they just said it’s all automatic and we got the lane so they can’t process refund!Edit: Our slot was 10-11 PM. We got the lane at 10:07 PM, and were done at 11:12 PM. After completion with frustration we went to front desk to talk about issues we had. The person there said that they have added 10 minutes twice and we played all the time, we do have the start time and end time photos that says the contrary. I started shooting videos of pins not showing up at 10:58 PM and by 11:12 there were 6 times that happened. Along with that, they said they did not get any issues during the day for lane 18 and thus they were implicating that we were lying. I showed the videos to front desk to which they said it is resetting and that’s why it is taking long(why is it resetting every 2 minutes?).We were total 10 people and had 2 lanes and both the lanes had issues. We got voucher for one lane as they had issue with that lane during the day as well. After discussing for about 35-40 minutes for another lane, they behaved like we were dying to get a voucher for another time so they gave half an hour voucher(shoe rental not included) as mercy, to which we did not agree and refused to accept. The manager smirked and said okay.There isn’t an option for minus stars otherwise I would have given -100.
