Always In Bloom

I ordered a bouquet for a family member in the hospital and they were very happy.After I made my order Always in Bloom reached out to me to let me know what I had ordered didn't come with a vase, but they would provide one for me as the hospital might not.Excellent, kind service!

I walked in pretty clueless having just glanced at a few pictures on their website. Linda put together an arrangement for me based on my targeted spend, and checked that I liked everything at several steps along the way before I walked out with a congratulatory bouquet & vase. Fantastic, friendly service, and I found the whole experience very patient and reassuring.

Tracey was very accommodating on short notice to put together a beautiful flower arrangement to welcome our new grandbaby! Highly recommend Always In Bloom ! Will order again

I had a very specific concept in mind when I called to place an order with Always In Bloom. I spoke to Tracy, who was very patient and helpful. I know that the arrangements illustrated on a florist's website are limited to flower availability and how much time they have to order specific flowers in. I needed next day delivery, so Tracy and I talked about fresh on site options that would create the effect I wanted. The arrangement was beautiful and brought a touch of grace to the grand opening of my niece's elegant new store. Thank you Tracy, she loved the flowers and so did I :)

I ordered a sympathy bouquet for my friend and they did a beautiful job. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the woman who helped me but she was very kind and made sure to call me a head of time and make sure someone would be home for the delivery as it was too cold to leave them out. My friend loved the bouquet and the customer service was great. I highly recommend!

So happy! I placed a phone pickup order on my Mom's birthday; they were extremely helpful, and created a BEAUTIFUL bouquet at a very reasonable price, within an hour.This is the picture of the flowers six days later, still going strong!Thank you Always In Bloom!

Ordered flowers for our wedding from here in August 2022. When we placed the order with this establishment it was noted that we would require a pick up on a Sunday (day of wedding) They said they are closed on Sunday's but they would be able to accommodate us no problem. We planned for the pick up at noon. On the day of the wedding my husband picked up our order (2 bouquets and 2 boutonnières) and brought them home. The pink roses in both bouquets had browning petals!!!! I found myself peeling off some of the petals and even using scissors to trim the browning edges, I was so disappointed! All the other flowers looked amazing. A few days after the wedding I reached out to Linda about it stating that I was disappointed in the bouquets. The email I got back was all defensive - no apology just immediately attacking me that they did me a favour for letting me pick the flowers up on a day they aren’t open and that when they made the bouquets they looked fine. I wasn’t looking for compensation but just wanted them to know what had happened. I have no idea how many days before the wedding they made the bouquets but those roses where terrible.

Continuously in Bloom's client administration was well beyond. They were pleasing. I called past their 2 pm. however, they could get an equivalent day conveyance ask for inside a few hours! It was a fast and consistent request process via telephone. It was extremely a delight and I am happyI will return here for future bloom needs simply dependent on their client administration.
