Helpful staff but terrible policy/service. Had my tires changed here & they over-torqued one of my wheels to the point that I couldn't remove a lug nut, having stripped it (having broken several of my own tools while attempting to remove it). When I took the car back to the shop, they helped me remove the stuck-on socket but said they would not do anything further to remove the stripped lug nut as they won't take responsibility in a he said she said" situation. Told me I'd have to get the stud drilled out and replaced

I’ve had over all great experiences here. Helpful staff. I’ve bought lots of great items here at reasonable prices for my home. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so much stuff in one store. Only poor experience I had (out of many dozens) was with one slightly cranky staff member at check out who was likely just feeling the heat and long days post pandemic, so understandable to a degree. I recommend this store!

Smell the new tires on the way in. Remember your childhood following your dad around the store. Leave with new camping gear you did not intend to buy. As Canadian as it gets.

Can usually go in and find what I'm looking for. Not a huge store but it offers a wide variety of products. Been repainting my house, their Premiere paint is excellent, staff is knowledgeable and easy to find for any questions. I shop here often. Staff are usually pleasant to deal with, I've never had any problems.

Pretty good store, relatively small. they're hours aren't great. I think they used to be open until 9:00 pm now close at 6:00

They did my federal car importation inspection. Didn't need nothing. Went fine! When I've needed something in store staff have been very helpful in pointing me the right direction. Thank you!

Canadian Tire seems good until you realize that if you buy anything thats not on sale you have overpaid by a large amount.Wait for sales or regret it

Okay so this store is good for acquiring a large variety of items, with prices being both on then lower budget friendly side and on the higher side. Which is great to have options for all situations. While the amount of options are vast an helpful, the setup and organization of these items or section has been a real nightmare at times, scattered nonsense is how they have set up the merchandise in this store making it beyond difficult to find many things and will have you missing out on some options and deals as there is no order to the store. Staff assistance is hit and miss here, some days theres an employee present and waiting eagerly to help you and will approach to offer help and other times there is few employees you have to hunt down and it times are no help at all. The store while disorganized does get kept pretty well maintained and clean. Hours honestly and ill I have spoke to about this agree that store hours are far to short, especially if you are like me and have to take a ferry after work to be able to go shop and this store may be closed by the time you can get there or you may have minutes to rush shop before they close, personally I am suggesting hours be 8am-8pm daily at minimum. Thats about all i can think to mention at this time.
