Sahar was amazing! So helpful and went out of her way to make sure all was completed!! Would for sure recommend her for all your banking needs.

I had the displeasure off dealing with a person called Evelyn who cut me off mid-sentance to discuss with her co worker on some personal matter. Later of which she aggressively started telling what I can and can't do with my own funds and money.This interaction is one of many regular interactions at this branch and only this branch.

The tellers were disrespectful, judgemental and nosey. I had a very bad experience to the extent that I'm taking the time to give everyone a heads up on what to expect when you visit this branch. They feel like they own your money.

Fifteen days ago I deposited cash at this branch's ATM and there was a discrepancy between my count and the machine. The manager delegate in the branch was very attentive and requested an investigation but so far no one has contacted me with the result. I have been to the branch a few times since and have been told they have not yet counted the deposits. Later, the manager Vlad took over my concern and within hours had answered all my questions satisfactorily.

This RBC is the least helpful branch in the area. Tellers group up and leave customers waiting for no reason. If you go in, expect to spend at least triple the time that you'd expect. Also expect the tellers to negotiation with you to get your money. They will not be helpful. Tell them you want more that you actually do because they won't give you what you want. They will offer to update your cash withdrawal limits at the machine which affects your safety and puts you at risk. Staayy away from this spot.

I visit this branch on a weekly basis, and each time I am consistently pleased with their exceptional service and the courteous demeanor of their staff. I feel compelled to mention Sara and Mori, the individuals who work behind the counter, as they consistently display a remarkable approach and patience when providing their services. They always go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

WORST RBC BRANCH EVER. I opened an account with RBC bank four months ago and I still haven't received my card. I've gone to the branch three times already to inquire about it, and every time, the tellers have had the audacity to tell me that no card has been issued for my account!! I really wonder how these bank tellers were even hired in the first place with such a low level of IQ.

I have been a client for close to 40 yearsI make deposits and withdrawals endlessly. Excellent standing with my account. I have mortgages and business at RBC longer than these tellers and managers even lived in canada but yet they want to hold a bank draft being deposited in my account for 5 business days.RBC wants to hold my money and at the same time lends it outWhat a scam.They hold your money and lend it to someone else , what a great business conceptBank employee can easily verify the draft being deposited to insure and validate the authenticity of it, but the manager and acting manager refuse to do that, for the obvious just to to hold the funds.Can I not pay RBC interest owing on the same amount for the same period they are holding my funds?

Went in about a missing card and was told my card would be sent to me in 7-10 business days. I was not issues an emergency card, wasn't asked to sign any paperwork or was able view the paperwork the teller printed. Now I'm without access to my funds until my actual card comes in. Ridiculous!

This bank needs complete overhaul on staff side, they not only respect to the clients , also they don't bother to listen to their requests . My case was coming to the bank based on recommendations of royalbank 1800. Inorder to transfer an surplus fund on my visa due to the refund back to my checking account, the elderly lady decided to call the same number that I had called before , put the bank hours and all the clienst on the line including me to waste and we wait for minutes for her to confirm something which is very easily could be done . I have done the same procedure repeatedly before and I never had this nonsense experience . If the person who works as an experienced teller in the bank knows as much as clients and she s to confirm her job same way a client does, I would say something is wrong with the banking system.
