Solid and super popular spot for Vietnamese food, loved everything we tried here. The wait was around 20 minutes for brunch on a Sunday which wasn’t too bad.The place looks really beautiful and nice and all of the food items were great too.The Gui Cuon vegetable chicken spring roll went together really well with the peanut sauce and the soft shell crab salad/slaw also had amazing flavours and is a must try.Next up, I got the spicy noodle soup which was delicious, very refreshing and had huge portion sizes. The beef was really tender and well cooked. Vegan wok fried noodles were also great.I’d highly recommend getting the cold version of Vietnamese coffee since it tasted better than the hot one. Finally, the deserts were absolutely amazing and had perfect flavours! Will definitely come back here.

They were very busy for a weekday lunch! Lots of seating options. Because 2/3 of our group had been here before, we opted for a sharing platter and an appetizer. While the concept was good, the DIY Street-Side Platter was a little messy to assemble (having to soak and soften the rice paper, then combine our ingredients before we could eat them). The cucumber infused water was refreshing, and we enjoyed the Crispy Prawn Cakes. We were seated promptly and service was friendly and efficient.We arrived around the time they opened. We found out that they do take reservations, but at a non-refundable cost of $10 per person (to charity).

Love the Vietnamese vibe here. The servers are energetic and friendly. The mango salad and Fresh Saigon Roll are so refreshing . Perfect choices during summer! The wok fried noodles and number 37 are highly recommended as well. The skin of the lemon chicken is crispy but not oily. All the sauce perfectly matches with the main dishes. However, the portion of each dish is not large. Those with big appetite may have to order more.

The best Vietnamese food I've ever had from a restaurant, definitely gives a great authentic feel. We had to start with the banh khot, these are so hard to find anywhere! For our mains we got the banh xeo, pho, a vermicelli and rice dish.Love love loved everything! It is pricey in general but I guess a standard fee for a meal in Vancouver.Would definitely come back here if I get the chance

A very unique and modern take on Vietnamese cuisine! The interior decor and outdoor patio are both really nicely decorated. Definitely feels different from the run of the mill pho joint. There's an expansive menu of different Vietnamese dishes. The items I tried were the shaken beef dish and the beef short rib rice, both of which were super tasty and had amazing presentation. Portions are decent and pricing is slightly higher, but that's to be expected given the quality and refined ambiance. Their mixed drinks were also tasty. Service was friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back to try their other dishes

Came here today with a friend on a really nice sunny day and was seated promptly on the patio to enjoy the breeze. Our server was nice and attentive, always coming back to check up on us and clear empty plates.Our favourite dish is the fresh mango salad with choice of protein (we got shrimp) and that was pretty good. Highly recommend this for a refreshing spring/summer side dish. Will definitely come back.

First time coming here,didn't book a table in advance to my demise. Staff are very friendly, great service all around. Waiter was very helpful with his recommendations. Starter was delicious and very well presented the prawn cakes. I risked it going for the spicy beef soup which was tasty and lots of meat/broth and my partner got the deconstructed vermicelli noodles which were very tasty and again, big portion! Will go back again as vibe in there was cool and food is worth trying.

Atmosphere is great! Nice decor and well thought out designs!The food was OK and the services were friendly. Because it was really busy with huge line ups, felt a bit rushed to finished rather than to enjoy.Been hearing about Anh and Chi from many friends, I think it's slightly too hyped out, or I just didn't order the must have dishes.Still nice to try!

Food is tasty and very unique, wish it was easier to reserve but would still come again. The deconstructed vermicelli sheets were really good. Dishes were designed well. Although I wasn't a biggest fan of the BBQ sauce on the steak and eggs my friend would recommend

I love their covered patio setup. It was nice to get some sun while eating even though it was cold outside. Food was good! I enjoyed everything we ordered. Our server was new so the service was a little slow. We had to wave her down multiple times… but understandable.
