Awful. After waiting months to see him...he (dr.Kim) did not even do a full qnd proper examination. Rushed us out of there once he learned it was not a compensation claim. Wrote a prescription for an elbow sleeve that requires another 3 hr trip to saskatoon to get at their money making center. This sleeve can be purchased at ANY pharmacy. We left with no answers. No proper diagnosis. No follow up. The only thing we were told was to quit smoking. Ummmm ya.. thanks captain obvious. But that's not what we came for. I DO NOT RECOMMEN HIM.

Avoid this place. Worst service ever.I purchased a Cryotherapy ice machine & knee pad. The knee pad was used for a couple weeks after a knee replacement. 3 months later, got the other side replaced. Used the machine a couple days & the pad was leaking water. Called them & they tell me, they couldn’t do anything about it. That’s a total waste of $300 for about 3 weeks use. Don’t purchase from these crooks. They are happy to take your money, but your on your own if something don’t work.Not impressed.Told them I was going to write a bad review, and got a “that’s all right” reply. They simple don’t care.

Receptionist for Dr Kim was a condescending bag. Also sign on the clinic door says masks are mandatory. She was not wearing a mask. Ma'am, it's not the patients fault that you are overweight and out of shape. Please treat people with respect.

Went in to see Dr David Sauder for an elbow problem and was given a good explanation on the process' outcome and recovery-very personable and informative. Too often the directors of first and last impressions don't get credit for their great work. Leah who is the reception person for Dr Sauder was great at communicating with me and scheduling me in for my surgery-very pleasant and helpful-thanksLeah!

Dr. Woo performed surgery on me after being in pain for a year. I cannot say enough good things about this man. He is honest and kind. I am 8 weeks post-op and never felt better! I would recommend him in a heartbeat! Thanks Dr. Allan Woo.

The front receptionist is incredibly rude and not welcoming. I was recommended to them by my doctor next door Dr Selk. After coming through their main door, there was a sign in bold yellow that read Do not enter if you do not have an appointment ". I waited at the door for a over 5 minutes completely ignored by the staff. Finally I suppose my presence annoyed her enough for her to acknowledge me. She yelled across the room " what do you want?" I asked her if I could come in she replied "well I don't want you standing in my door". With a snarky look on her face .Her tone

This is the WORST Customer Service in Saskatoon. The person who books the appointment should be fired! Does not deserve a 1 star, should be a negative star. left my work to come at my 4:30pm appointment but when I arrived it was closed. I clock out early from my workplace but not knowing that they changed the time of my schedule w/o even notifying me. This is a waste of time. Avoid this place!!!

Upon entering the premises, this clean, serene and quiet place makes an awe impression. Like an airport interior, you will find nicely lined up desks, and behind each desk, there may be someone sitting to help; probably!!Step in front of a correct desk or an incorrect one; the feeling is not welcoming.I was helping a senior from Warm 'n' Cozy Care Home! A person above 80 years old; we were dealing with robots!

This is not a direct result of my experience with the doctors within this office. My complaint is with Dr. David Kim's front office reception. I walked into the office this morning, expecting i was at the correct place for an appointment. Stood at this person's desk with no acknowledgement of me standing there. She was absolutely disrespectful. I said good morning after standing at her counter. Still nothing. Finally she acknowledged my presence, and responded extremely rudely i know you don't have an appointment with me". Perhaps i was the wrong colour

Great surgeon. Does not coddle his patients. Residents do the leg work. I feel amazing a week after surgery.
