Good selection of high end brand name glasses. Direct billing to my coverage plan helped.I don't have to pay out of my pocket first and wait for a refund that usually take weeks.

Excellent customer service and a no rush atmosphere. A good selection of quality frames.

Would give less if i could. this place is trying to manipulate people into paying way over market price. In-look optical is so scared of you seeing what market value is they create there own codes and hide the brands codes of glasses, they purposely put stickers over the codes to hide them. Also don't try to take a picture of the glasses with the big (very large) white guy working he may accuse you of trying to steal glasses when your clearly taking a picture of it. This place sucks i went to Basic Eye wear and never looked back.

I have purchased glasses at In Look for my family of 5 plus my mom and brother for over 10 years. Excellent customer service, great selection and quality. Michael is great to deal with and they direct bill. Highly recommended.

The Sales Rep was the best Iv ever had, I wish that more sales reps were like him. He was an older white gentleman with glasses.I told him I wanted to find Frames for my lenses. He tried his best but was unable to find me the frames that would fit my glasses. He informed me that he is able to shave down the lenses to something smaller so they would fit. I personally didnt want smaller glasses but I appreciated his efforts.I told him I wanted cheaper glasses aswell if i didnt have the option to find my frames. He informed me of two stores that have cheaper glasses.I realized that because i dont have my prescription because my old store shut down. I didnt know my own prescription. He informed me that he could find out the prescription with his machine for free and also informed that all stores can do that. So i left his store and Went to the other ones that he recommended to try out.The other stores had horrible service. They tried to forced me to pay 95 $ for an eye exam even if they had the same machine to just check my prescription. Ontop of that they refused to even try filing down my lenses to fit their frames.So I had returned to the man from In-Look optical and he helped me find a brand new pair of glasses and managed to also Get lenses within the same day. I really needed new glasses and Honestly.. I paid 350 for my glasses but it was worth it..his customer service was amazing and he made me want to come back to him and buy from his company because he acknowledged my problems and found solutions for me. He really tried to make a customer like me leave happy and that is the best customer service ever in my books..

I can't begin to explain how helpful the people are here, they are so kind and knowledgeable. They have an amazing selection, I always get compliments on my glasses. I am forever going to be a loyal customer. Thank you for your hard work and saving my day on more than one occasion.
