I’ve never had a massage before. I’m pretty sure the woman who massaged me was MAGIC. She easily added another 10 years to my life, she laughed when I said I was 26. It felt like she was sculpting Wonder Woman. The time and effort she put into our session is amazing! I stand taller, I feel a million times better. THANK YOU ! I will be coming back again!!

I was getting some stuff done by a guy that was covered by my benefits, and one day I had a lady instead. She talked me into a 400$ package that would lower the price of each massage.I said no I don’t think that its compatible with benefits. She said no worries, we will give you a receipt. I ended up having issues with benefits because they are not RMT’s so instead of being able to use my benefits elsewhere I paid 400 out of pocket and DIDN’T USE MY BENEFITS BEFORE YEAR END.Why would you assure me I will be fine for benefits KNOWING FULL WELL that your services won’t be covered.The acupuncture guy was licensed though.

Came here for the first time yesterday and it was amazing! I usually do RMT but last time just didn't cut it, so I came here and it was exactly what I needed. An intense deep massage that has me feeling way better the next day! Will definitely be returning, thank you!

This was the first, and DEFINITELY not the last time I'll visit Body and Sole. We booked, not having been here before, and our first experience was exception.The place was clean, and staff was polite and extremely good at what they do. I have seen RMT's before, Wendy was 5x better!If you like deep massage with pressure, Wendy and her crew takes care of business.Received full body massages and foot massages, and what we paid was a steal! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended, and looking forward to returning soon!

The owner is the worst and the rudest lady I talked to. She thinks that she is smarter than everyone! I told her I will be coming at 3:30 pm and I don't want the therapist to use elbows throughout the massage! I asked who is she booking me with and she got all worked up and said you are disrespecting us and hung up! Disgusting customer service!

I booked in Sunday morning, on a whim, first time and couldn't have wished for a better experience. I had an amazing full body massage and reflexology treatment by Dana/Dayna. She was very polite and very good! The space was clean, cozy and fresh. I found their pricing extremely reasonable, like, I was surprised - especially for the quality of the treatments I received! I will definitely be going back, thank you Wendy and Dayna!

Highly recommend. Wendy and her staff are highly skilled, friendly and professional . The space is extremely clean, calming and very comfortable. They offer a variety of different services and treatments for all wellness related conditions. I've tried many different facilities and this one is the best. Must try.

Went for the 1st time for foot reflexology and it was great experience. Had it for 50 mins and my feet felt light snd fresh after the massage.
