What a cool shop!!! We stopped in here after having lunch in the neighborhood and their selection of teas, herbs and health products was absolutely amazing.. We were greeted by a lovely lady who offered us fresh made iced teas in stainless steel cups.. So refreshing!! After browsing their shelves full of tinctures and treasures, we left with a bag full of goodies ranging from raw chocolates to mala bead necklaces.. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.. On our way out we spent some time checking out their awesome selection of books, a mixture of health information, spiritual inspiration and poetry.. Chad and Nancy are not only kind, warm and welcoming, they are also outstanding healers with an incredible amount of knowledge on natural health solutions for any number of problems.They've been helpful to me for a long time and I absolutely love the little haven that is their store. Hollow Reed Holistic is truly holistic. The staff believe that body, mind, and spirit must all be cared for and in balance. They are open minded about different ideas, thoughtful, and thorough .the space is calming and a lovely place to chill out with a cuppa goodness. The Reed is a Winnipeg treasure.

I live in another province. Be careful when ordering from them, especially if you are online and cannot go to the store to hold them accountable, given my personal experience:They accepted an order for important herbal products that I needed urgently for a sick friend; however, they did not have them in stock, even though when I ordered them, the website said that they did. They then did not respond to several requests, over several weeks, for them to return my money**Update: The final straw was when I heard yet another voice message after trying to reach them. This time, the voicemail said something along the lines of, 'We have closed down'.This is when I reported the issue to Paypal, because if they had closed down, I would probably be at the back of a long list of creditors. Soon after, they got back in touch with me and gave me my refund.It is sad that it took me going to these lengths to get a refund. I am left wondering if they would have ever given the refund, had I not contacted Paypal.

Knowledgeable staff, amazing & unique products, beautiful atmosphere, and the best teas! They have whatever you need for whatever ails you plus many resources if you’re looking to learn more about alternative medicine. This is my favourite shop on Corydon.

The photos are from the old store. The new store on Corydon is even better. Chad is a Master Herbalist and thoroughly knows his stuff. The store is warm and inviting, filled with treasures and an atmosphere of Mother Earth. It's hard to leave!
